After several rounds of steam huff and puff in heavy oil reservoir,cross-well steam channeling becomes more complex with the increase of steam injection rate and steam injection rate.After more than 20 years of development in Shanjiasi Oilfield of Binnan Oil Production Plant,steam huff and puff cycles have averaged more than 12 cycles,and are generally in the stage of high huff and puff cycles.Because of the imbalance of interlayer vapor absorption,formation pressure drop and thermal interconnection between wells,the steam channeling of oil wells is aggravated and the oil-gas ratio is decreasing year by year,which has seriously affected the development efficiency of heavy oil and has become the main factor restricting the improvement of heavy oil recovery in the old area of Binnan Oil Production Plant.Starting from the production practice of Shanjiasi oilfield in Binnan Factory,this paper selects the typical multi-round huff and puff well group of Shan56 block to study.The geological model of the well group is established by CMG software,and the key geological parameters and steam injection parameters are obtained by orthogonal numerical experiment.Through the visualization experiment of steam overlap,the perforation position and the perforation density are simulated and studied.It can be concluded that the steam injection at the bottom of the steam injection well has a certain effect on improving the oil recovery.A three-dimensional physical model of longitudinal steam absorption is developed.The simulation results show that the sweep order is positive rhythm > homogeneous > antirhythm during steam stimulation in thick heavy oil reservoirs,which confirms the improvement of steam overlap by selective perforation.Based on the experimental results of three-dimensional physical simulation,the permeability adaptability screening criteria for heavy oil reservoirs with different rhythms are established.Through dynamic gelation performance test,gel plugging and steam chemical visualization experiments,the mechanism of different plugging control measures to inhibit steam channeling and expand the range of steam transmission was studied in depth.Based on typical blocks,the optimization of treatment process and design method of parameters for steam channeling well were obtained,and the best production mode of single well group of 56 wells was obtained.Injection and production parameters can not only improve the economic benefits of heavy oil steam development,but also enhance the recovery of heavy oil reservoirs.According to the characteristics of steam channeling in multi-round huff and puff,this paper studies and optimizes the technology of steam channeling plugging control,which can play a certain role in improving the development effect of heavy oil reservoir in the late stage of multi-round huff and puff,and draws some conclusions on controlling steam channeling,which is of extensive popularization value.
