With the development of the petroleum industry,oil reserves have been declining year by year,and oil exploitation has become increasingly difficult.Injecting nitrogen into the oil layer to improve oil recovery,using the characteristics of nitrogen to maintain oil layer pressure,mixed phase and immiscible flooding and gravity drainage technology can effectively improve oil recovery,and have great significance for stable production and high yield of China's petroleum industry.Liquid nitrogen pump trucks play a vital role in the development of unconventional energy.However,domestic unconventional energy sources are mostly distributed in mountainous areas.The road conditions are rugged and the wellsite is small.Conventional products can no longer meet the increasing equipment requirements.In order to solve the problems of high cost,long manufacturing cycle,high cost of use and poor endurance of liquid nitrogen pump trucks,a large displacement full hydraulic hybrid evaporative liquid nitrogen pump truck was designed and detailed design and In particular,the prototype production has mainly carried out the following work:(1)Defining the technical requirements and technical indicators of the large displacement full hydraulic hybrid evaporative liquid nitrogen pump truck,completed the overall scheme design,and analyzed the function and structure of the key core components of the liquid nitrogen pump truck.The warm vaporizer performs pressure boosting to achieve liquid nitrogen filling under non-stop conditions.(2)The design of the nitrogen system was completed.The nitrogen system adopts a centrifugal pump,liquid nitrogen pump and diverter valve to realize the diversion and realize the mixed evaporation.The main process design of the nitrogen system,the design and calculation of the liquid nitrogen pump parameters,and the centrifugal booster pump are completed.Parameter calculation and evaporator parameter calculation.(3)The design of the power system and hydraulic system is completed.The power hydraulic system adopts the dual engine(no transfer case)design,which is superior to the single engine solution in terms of cost and achievability;it can effectively reduce the equipment manufacturing cost..The hydraulic system adopts multi-pump and multi-motor closed circulation system design.The hydraulic pump and motor selection are designed and calculated to meet the overall transmission requirements.(4)Completed the vehicle load analysis and test,and verified the vehicle's center of gravity,axle static load distribution,axle load dynamic distribution,and then tested and analyzed the equipment.Under the maximum working pressure,The displacement is lower than the theoretical calculation,but it can still meet the construction operation requirements.The large-displacement full-hydraulic hybrid evaporative liquid nitrogen pump designed by this project can effectively meet the needs of on-site nitrogen injection process in oil and gas fields,and is of great significance for improving oil recovery and promoting high oil and gas production.
