Plasma slotted screen technology is currently one of the most advanced cutting technology slotted screen,plasma slotted sand control screen has a good self-cleaning ability,high precision of the quality of the slit,long service life,good sand control effect.But there is no special working fluid for plasma cutting process at present.There has the problem of low cutting efficiency,poor environmental performance and high cost which seriously affects the processing quality and mass production of plasma slotted screen tube in the current cutting fluid.Therefore,in order to further promote the large-scale application of plasma slotted sand control screen,it is imperative to develop and apply the plasma slotted screen cutting process of environmental protection and efficient cutting fluid.However,due to the special working environment and characteristics of the plasma cutting process,plasma slot working fluid is required to have different properties from that of general cutting fluid.In addition to the cooling,cleaning,insulation and rust prevention effect of the general cutting fluid,it should also have strong wettability,appropriate conductivity and strong chip removal performance.The fully synthetic water-based working fluid has the highest environmental performance,and the hardness of water is one of the important factors affecting the cutting efficiency.Firstly,the water quality was tested.The results showed that the hardness of tap water was relatively high,and it was suggested to use softened water combined with 0.2%calcium and magnesium ion complexant.Secondly,the surface active agent optimization experiment was carried out,and the anti-rust agent optimization experiment was carried out.The results showed that the combination of non-ionic surfactant B and C had the best effect.Sodium borate boric acid oleic acid triethanolamine triethanolamine has the best antirust effect with a ratio of 5:6:10:8,and the antirust time is up to 20.0 h.Thirdly,a preliminary exploration of the formulation of the emulsified cutting fluid was carried out.Finally,the fully synthetic cutting fluid in the formulation and performance of the cutting fluid were optimized and improved.And then,the environmentally-friendly and high-performance cutting fluid formula suitable for plasma slotted screen was obtained: Surfactant B 0.84%,Surfactant C2.24%,oleic acid triethanolamine 10%,triethanolamine 6%,boric acid 3%,foaming agent F8%,glucose 10%,water 59.92%.
