In recent years,under the background that the modernization of vocational education needs to innovate teaching methods and expand teaching resources,secondary vocational schools are in urgent need of improving the current situation of insufficient teaching resources,low interest of students in learning,weak information teaching ability of teachers and traditional teaching.Under the conditions of combing the research progress of blended learning at home and abroad,blending learning service platform and related theoretical foundations,combined with the current situation of teaching in school A and the characteristics of the wisdom vocational education platform,the author had carried out a design and application research of blended learning based on the wisdom vocational education platform for the course Food Nutrition and Hygiene for the major of agricultural products preservation and processing.Through the comprehensive use of questionnaire survey method,interview method and classroom observation method,it was fully understood that teachers and students of school A had the need for blended learning and the conditions for developing blended learning.Combined with the curriculum teaching plan and content of school A,the author carried out blended learning on the contents of the three chapters of “Food Hygiene and Management”,“Food Contamination and Prevention” and “Food Poisoning and Prevention” for 25 school hours,taken the section “Food spoilage and its control measures” conducted in the middle and later stages of the study as an example,the concept and application effect of the blended learning design based on the wisdom vocational education platform were explained and analyzed in detail.The research results showed that based on the rich teaching resources and diverse teaching activities of the wisdom vocational education platform,students’ learning interest and learning effects had been significantly improved.In the process of blended learning,teacher-student interaction,learning atmosphere,group cooperation,and class concentration had also been improved to varying degrees.In traditional teaching,the phenomenon of “teacher teaching textbooks and students copying textbooks” had gradually decreased,and the classroom learning habit of “efficient learning” was gradually being developed.At the same time,relying on the blended learning of big data on the smart vocational education platform,the author could not only grasp the students’ learning dynamics in real time,adjusted the teaching content and plans in time,but also made an intuitive evaluation of the students’ semester performance.In the blended learning of this semester,the average attendance rate of students was 85.71 %,the pass rate of study was 94.59 %,and 72.97 % of students had a study progress of more than60 %;the final exam had a maximum score of 94.24 and a passing rate of 75.68 %.The teaching effect was relatively good.In summary,the blended learning model based on the wisdom vocational education platform can enrich the teaching resources of secondary vocational schools and improve the utilization rate of teaching resources in the course of Food Nutrition and Hygiene;enhance students’ self-confidence and increase their participation in the classroom;improve students’ interest in learning and their ability to think independently,and cultivate good learning habits and methods;exercise teachers’ teaching abilities,and encourage teachers to continuously improve their personal professional qualities.Therefore,the blended learning mode based on the wisdom vocational education platform has a better application effect in the teaching of professional orientation courses in secondary vocational education. |
