| Steamed lotus root stuffed with glutinous rice is a special snack in the south of the Yangtze River.Production process of glutinous rice lotus root is relatively complicated,including peeling lotus root,cutting lid,filling rice,sealing lid,and(packing)steaming.In the factory workshop production of glutinous rice and lotus roots,manual methods are still used in the process of peeling,cutting the cover and filling the rice,due to the irregular shape of lotus root and large changes in size.Among them,the efficiency of rice filling greatly limits the efficiency of the entire glutinous rice lotus root production line.In order to improve the production efficiency of glutinous rice lotus root,it is urgent to solve the problem of automatic filling of glutinous rice lotus root.This thesis designs a vibrating high-speed automatic rice filling equipment through analysis of the production process of glutinous rice lotus root.The key rice filling parameters of the automatic rice filling equipment are determined through the rice filling experiment and the discrete element numerical simulation,and the automatic filling is verified through the prototype experiment.The feasibility of the rice equipment and the correctness of the parameters of the rice filling equipment.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyzed the production process of glutinous rice and lotus root,and proposed an automatic rice filling scheme.In-depth investigation and analysis of folk traditional glutinous rice and lotus root processing methods and workshop production techniques,and put forward the overall plan of glutinous rice and lotus root automatic rice filling equipment.The mechanism types of the glutinous rice automatic lifting and recycling mechanism,vibrating rice filling mechanism,and lotus root section conveying and feeding mechanism in the scheme were determined,and the preliminary design of the automatic rice filling equipment was completed.Through a large number of rice filling experiments,the main factors affecting the vibratory rice filling time were determined,including the drop speed,rice filling height,funnel diameter,amplitude,frequency,and end-face inclination angle.(2)Discrete element numerical simulation is used to analyze the influence of different factors on the rice filling time.In order to determine the influence of various influencing factors on the vibration rice filling time,this paper uses the discrete element method to study the movement of glutinous rice particles in the funnel and lotus root hole.,Funnel diameter,amplitude,frequency,end-face inclination angle,numerical simulation and analysis,the effect of each parameter on the rice filling time is obtained,and finally the best combination of rice filling parameters is obtained by the orthogonal experiment method: falling rice speed v=1.4 kg/s,rice filling height h=30mm,funnel diameter d=40mm,amplitude A=0.6mm,frequency f=40Hz.(3)Optimized the structure design of automatic rice filling equipment.According to the preliminary automation plan and the best rice filling parameter combination obtained by numerical simulation,detailed design and optimization of the various mechanisms of the automatic rice filling equipment,including the automatic glutinous rice lifting and recycling mechanism,the vibrating rice filling mechanism,and the lotus root section conveying and lowering The material mechanism is modeled through three-dimensional software,and the driving components in the mechanism are calculated and selected.(4)The prototype of automatic rice filling equipment was processed and the rice filling factors were analyzed.Through the experimental scheme of automatic rice filling equipment prototype design,the feasibility of automatic rice filling equipment structure and the best rice filling parameters obtained by numerical simulation are verified.According to the actual situation,the parameter values are adjusted,and finally the actual best rice filling time is t =3.0s.The automatic rice filling equipment makes up for the blank of the glutinous rice and lotus root production industry,realizes the automatic rice filling instead of manual rice filling,and greatly improves the production efficiency of glutinous rice and lotus root. |
