Poly(vinylidene fluoride,PVDF)materials have excellent chemical stability,good insulation properties and high flexibility,especially when polyvinylidene fluoride shows beta crystal phases inside.Electrical properties and better ferroelectric properties,but usually in the interior of polyvinylidene fluoride,? crystal phase is the most common and stable crystal phase,external force stretching,melt crystallization,application of electric field and other methods is to obtain more ? Crystalline polyvinylidene fluoride several common methods,but found in practice,these traditional methods are more difficult to implement,the conversion efficiency is not high,difficult to mass production and many other shortcomings,to a large extent hindered polyvinylidene fluoride polymer The application and development.In recent years,researchers have found that doping a small amount of carbon nanotubes in a pure PVDF polymer matrix can guide the interior of the PVDF polymer matrix to exhibit ?-phase crystallinity.Carbon nanotubes(CNTs)have been favored by researchers at home and abroad in recent years because of their unique structure and their superior electrical conductivity.However,the research focus of researchers has not been focused on the combination of carbon nanotubes and polyvinylidene fluoride polymers.How to realize the uniform dispersion of carbon nano tubes in the polyvinylidene fluoride polymer matrix is the key issues.Therefore,this subject combines carbon nanotubes with polyvinylidene fluoride polymer matrix and provides a method that can better solve the problem of dispersion.In this study,CNTs@SiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by modifying the insulating SiO2 shell on the surface of carbon nanotubes by using CTAB as a template agent,and the prepared CNTs@SiO2 nanoparticles were combined with PVDF polymer matrix by solution mixing method.CNTs@SiO2/PVDF composite films were prepared.The crystallization behavior,microstructure,thermodynamic properties,mechanical properties and dielectric properties of the composite films were comprehensively analyzed.The analysis results show that the dispersion and interface affinity of CNTs @SiO2 nanoparticles in PVDF polymer matrix are improved,and the crystal structure of the film is also significantly affected.The thermodynamic properties and mechanical properties of CNTs@SiO2/PVDF composite films Both performance and dielectric properties have been significantly improved.And in the simulation application achieved a more satisfactory result.
