With the innovation and development of a new generation of information technology,the hosiery manufacturing industry has gradually transformed from traditional manual production to digital,intelligent and flexible.However,the field of hosiery reverse production is still in the traditional manual proofing stage.According to the development status of socks plate-making file characteristics and image feature extraction technology,this paper converts three-dimensional socks into digital images of front and back splicing,image collection of sample socks,reverse socks plate-making files,secondary design of socks-plate files.This paper develops a digital and automated reverse generation system for sock-making files.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the color and shape features,the sock segmentation algorithm is designed.The color feature extraction is used to realize the positioning and coordinate extraction in the standard image of the front and back of the sock;the extraction of the rectangular sock in the standard image of the straight sock board is realized through the shape feature description of the area;The image mask is used to extract the sock tube from the standard image of the curved sock board,and a differential correction method based on area division is designed to deform the curved sock tube to obtain a rectangular sock tube;(2)Based on pixel fusion,the reverse generation algorithm of socks plate-making file is designed.Based on gray matching stitching algorithm and minimum variance quantization method,socks plate-making images based on straight and curved sock boards are respectively generated;Based on the pixel fusion method,the pixel fusion of the above two sock-making files generates a pixel-complete sock-making file;The contour extraction is evaluated,and the sock-making file that is most suitable for the model sock is selected from the three kinds of sock-making files as the reverse-generated sock-making file.(3)Design the secondary design algorithm of image pattern and color.Based on the establishment of pattern primitives and color database,the design area is selected based on the area growth algorithm,and the pattern and color secondary design of the socks pattern file is carried out;(4)Use the image processing toolbox and APP Designer in the MATLAB R2017 b software platform to develop the application program of the socks pattern-making file reverse generation system,It can realize the reverse request and secondary design of the sock-making file.The system has been experimentally verified to meet the reverse generation function of socks pattern-making files,which can eliminate enterprise sample proofing,shorten the production cycle of socks,and speed up the time for socks to be put on the market.On the basis of the socks plate-making file generated by the reverse design,the secondary design has enriched the pattern style of the socks,making the socks production more digital,flexible and intelligent.
