| At present,most of the steel enterprise data platforms are mainly practical applications that provide enterprises with operational services and data support through supply and marketing,planning,and finance.Although industrial big data technology and intelligent manufacturing are in full swing,but it seems that the "industry and manufacturing" colors are always less.Steel production is a long process industry with numerous production processes.The enterprise has established a variety of data systems based on business needs,and the data maintenance and storage methods in each data system are different.Due to the above reasons,the flow and integration of the data in each process under the entire smelting process are hindered,and the data systems of different businesses have formed "data islands".In response to the above problems,based on the iron-making and steel-making interface data of a domestic iron and steel enterprise,an iron-making and steel-making interface data mart with the theme of the process of the blast furnace-converter section was established.Realize the data fusion under each smelting process system.First,the interface data from blast furnace to converter was collected.A relationship model was established for the process,molten iron and equipment involved in the data.Through the relational database,according to the dependence and constraint relationship provided by the model,the establishment of the comparison and mapping relationship between the data tables is realized.The data of each system of the iron-making and steel-making interface constitutes a complete data chain.The data between different process systems of the iron-making and steel-making interface is merged to integrate them under the same platform.Form a data mart for the specific business of iron and steel interface.Secondly,according to the business needs of on-site personnel,the application functions of the data mart were designed and developed.Including the function of tracing the history of the processes experienced by the molten iron into steel,the query function of the torpedo tanker operating route and situation,the query function of the processing time of the molten iron,the statistical function and the report function of the temperature drop of the molten iron and its influence factors.Finally,based on the information output of the steel company in3-5 years based on the data mart,the specific laws of the influence of several important factors on the temperature drop are given: The time of full-load operation of a torpedo tanker is generally 200 to 380 minutes,which has a quadratic relationship with the temperature drop,and the average temperature drop increases by about 0.5°C per minute.The duration of torpedo tanker no-load operation is generally 200 to 350 minutes,which has a linear relationship with the temperature drop,and the average temperature drop increases by about 0.11°C per minute.The second time for a torpedo tanker to receive molten iron is generally 30 to 55 minutes,which has a linear relationship with the temperature drop,and the average temperature drop increases by about 1°C per minute.The establishment of the iron-making and steel-making interface data mart enables the interconnection and intercommunication of the data of various systems.It can reduce the staff’s repetitive and tedious search work,and facilitate the statistics of data. |
