With the development of industrial production automation,3D measurement of complex shapes has become a crucial part of online detection.Fringe projection profilometry has been widely used due to its advantages of non-contact,low cost,fast speed and convenient use.However,limited by its own field of view,it is difficult for single-camera measuring system to complete the task of measuring complex objects in a large view.In order to measure workpieces in a large field of view quickly and accurately,and to meet the requirements of large-scale industrial measuring,this paper studies fringe projection profilometry with large field-of-view and distributed visual system.The main contents are as follows:1.A distributed visual 3D measurement system scheme for large field of view fringe projection is designed,and system global calibration method is studied and the system hardware is designed.The image-vertical and transverse phase threedimensional mapping calibration method is proposed,and the local camera calibration model is derived.2.A 3D mapping calibration method using multi-labeled directional calibration target is studied.In order to establish 3D mapping relationships,a multi-label geometric coordinate constraint model is studied.According to the system requirements,a multilabel directional calibration target and a circular contour image processing method are designed.The accuracy of the measurement system is verified by experiments.3.A phase mapping image stitching calibration method is proposed.A phase mapping image stitching model is established by introducing the phase value to the traditional image stitching model.A sub-pixel interpolation phase matching method is used to obtain the corresponding points,and a flexible calibration target is designed according to the system requirements.Multiple image stitching models and coincident fields of view on the model are compared,and the accuracy of the measurement system is verified by experiments.
