With the sustainable growth of PGN,the needs for real-time and low-tolerance gauge of PGN flow rate is becoming more impending.Ultrasonic gauge avoids many shortcomings of traditional gauge methods by virtue of its non-contact advantages.With the improvement of sensor and chip performance,the use range is further promoted.This matter uses time difference rule to fabricate an meathane Flowmeter,and employs MAX35104 chip to improve the accuracy of time to number.Thereby improving the time gauge accuracy and flow field adaptability of the ultrasonic flowmeter.First,the research methods and related developments of ultrasonic gas flowmeters that have appeared in recent years are introduced.The gauge principle emphasizes an improved time difference method.The sound speed and circuit delay are eliminated in the formula derivation,and the purpose is to minimize the influence of the circuit and sound speed.Introduce the principle,installation and selection of ultrasonic transducers.Next,the hardware structure of the gas flow gauge system is designed.Select MAX35104 as the timing gauge core to provide features such as the transmission of ultrasonic pulse signals,gauge during propagation,and detection of received signals.Select STM32F103 as the control core,which can provide features such as measuring flow rate and storing data.Each hardware packet wiring is drafted,and the pcb and work process of each circuit packet are limned.The software design of the gas flow gauge system is selected on Keil5,comprises the main program and the interrupt features program.Draft each propertypacket grounding the process chart.Considering that the pipeline flow field in reality is not an ideal flow field,solidworks and ansys software are used to mesh the three-dimensional T-tube and U-shaped tube modeling,simulation and analysis of its impact on the pipeline natural gas flow field,and the results obtained by fluid simulation The data is fitted with an error compensation features on matlab for correction.According to the obtained pipeline gas leakage data set,the GA-ELM algorithm was used to analyze the real-time leakage flow on the matlab platform,and the comparison with different optimization algorithms proved that the analysis and prediction accuracy of the GA-ELM algorithm was reliable.Finally,a prototype of the ultrasonic PGN flowmeter was produced.The gauge features of the flowmeter was assessed through experiments,the gauge accuracy of the prototype was assessed,the proper of the formula was Confirmed,and the consummate direction of the flowmeter was proposed based on the deficiencies in the experiment.
