| The explosion-proof trackless rubber tyred vehicle is the main auxiliary transportation equipment of coal mine transportation in China.Because of the high risk of its use environment,it is necessary to install safety monitoring device.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the existing safety monitoring devices in China,and according to the explosion-proof requirements and automatic protection data requirements of underground explosion-proof trackless rubber tyred vehicle in relevant industry standards,a safety monitoring device based on CAN bus is proposed to ensure the safety of underground explosion-proof trackless rubber tyred vehicle in underground explosive gas environment and improve the efficiency of coal transportation.At present,the monitoring parameters of the safety system are relatively single.According to the general technical conditions and electrical explosion-proof standards of the explosion-proof trackless rubber tyred vehicle,combined with the unsafe factors of the underground environment,this paper comprehensively analyzes the vehicle safety requirements of the explosion-proof trackless rubber tyred vehicle,defines the parameters that need to be monitored in the operation of the explosion-proof trackless rubber tyred vehicle,and uses the data transmission method based on CAN bus Using modular device control mode,the safety monitoring parameters are more comprehensive,while ensuring the simplicity of monitoring parameters in the future.In this paper,according to the change speed of the collected signal,different filtering algorithms are used to eliminate the data,and considering the instability of the initial stage of the system,the comprehensive filtering algorithm is used to process the data to ensure the stability of the initial value of the system.In the communication protocol,the basic communication protocol of CAN bus is analyzed.Combined with the system function requirements,the frame control domain of CAN bus is redesigned to improve the system adaptability and confidentiality.In this system,signal acquisition is single and signal analysis is modular.The signal acquisition module can be distributed in one or several places of the car body according to the requirements of wiring,explosion-proof and installation,and the signal can be transmitted to the signal analysis module of the cab through two buses through CAN bus communication.Through the reasonable design of hardware and software,the system has the functions of signal acquisition,data elimination and sorting,data transmission,parameter value display,abnormal data alarm,data storage and wireless communication,and makes the system function expansion and system portability simple.According to the system scheme,the physical model of the system is built,and the water level analog signal sensor and temperature digital signal sensor are added.After running for a period of time,the stored data is obtained by Lab VIEW software,and the stability of the system is judged by curve drawing.During the operation of the oscilloscope,the stability of each circuit is detected.Flotherm is used to establish the system temperature simulation model to simulate the chip and environment temperature in the system operation,so as to ensure that it meets the explosion-proof requirements and make the system work stably as expected. |
