With the rapid development of equipment manufacturing intelligence and miniaturization, more and more computer parts, integrated circuits, lead frames, etc.are used in precision instruments, and various precision instruments also have more and more mechanical requirements for their basic core components. The higher, not only the dimensional accuracy of the parts, but also the mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of the parts have higher requirements. As a raw material in the manufacturing and processing fields, the mechanical properties of thin strip after rolling will have an important impact on the quality of the core components of precision instruments. The mechanical properties of thin strip after rolling are closely related to the residual stress generated during the rolling process.Related.Therefore,this paper studies the generation mechanism of residual stress and the effect of residual stress on the thin strip during the rolling process. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Use ANSYS finite element analysis software to establish a finite element simulation model of a six-high rolling mill.Taking the thin strip rolled by the six-high rolling mill as the research object, the residual stress distribution and the change of the cross-sectional profile of the strip during the rolling process are studied. At the same time, the influence of different rolling process parameters, such as reduction ratio, friction coefficient, strip width and strip thickness on the residual stress of the strip and the cross-sectional profile of the strip has been studied, and the residual stress of the strip can be improved by adjusting these parameters.Measures for distribution and profile of thin strips;(2)Using the X-ray residual stress test analyzer, the residual stress test of the precision copper strip produced when the rolling reduction rate is 10%,the friction coefficient is 0.05,the strip width is 440 mm,and the strip thickness is1 mm Analyze the residual stress distribution trends in the length and width directions, and compare the residual stress distribution obtained by the simulation with the residual stress distribution measured in the experiment, and finally verify the accuracy of the residual stress distribution of the thin strip after the rolling simulation SexThrough research and analysis,it can be known that within a certain range, reducing the strip width, friction coefficient, and increasing the reduction rate are beneficial to reduce the fluctuation range of the residual stress of the thin strip. The research in this paper can provide a certain reference for reducing the fluctuation range of the residual stress of the thin strip, and by comparing different sheet rolling parameters,it can provide a certain technical reference for the actual rolling of thin strip production.
