| Traditional polymer materials can be divided into thermoplastic materials and thermoset materials.Thermoplastic materials have soluble and meltable properties and can be reshaped;while thermoset materials have insoluble and infusible properties,but their cross-linked network has excellent mechanical properties.Vitrimer material has the advantages of both,not only has excellent mechanical properties,but also can be reshaped.At present,most of the reported vitrimer materials use petrochemical products as raw materials,and their raw materials are not renewable.Therefore,the use of renewable resources as raw materials to prepare vitrimer materials is one of the current research hotspots.As a renewable resource,bio-based has a rich chemical structure of hydroxyl,double bonds and ester bonds.It can be chemically modified well and has unique advantages in preparing vitrimer materials.In this article,we used cardanol and eugenol as raw materials to prepare vitrimer materials at room temperature without catalyst through various modifications,and studied the recyclability and moldability of vitrimer materials.The specific research is as follows:In the second chapter of the thesis,cardanol is used as the raw material,through acid chlorination reaction,thiol-ene"click"reaction and transesterification reaction,acetoacetate esterified cardanol is prepared,and it reacts with diamine to generate vitrimer material.Research on the recyclability of the material found that it can be recycled and reshaped at 130 ~oC,and the structure and performance of the material remain unchanged after recycling.Through the stress relaxation test,it is found that the material has a very low activation energy(33 kJ/mol)and at different temperatures,the material is reshaped for different times,and the shape recovery is studied,and it is obtained according to a similar Maxwell model.The activation energy is 47 kJ/mol.Both indicate that the vitrimer material has a very low activation energy.The third chapter of the thesis uses eugenol as the raw material,through condensation reaction,thiol-ene"click"reaction and transesterification,to prepare acetoacetate esterified eugenol and aminated eugenol,both of which react to produce vitrimer material.Research on the recyclability of the material and found that it can be recycled and reshaped at 80 ~oC,and the structure and performance of the material are basically unchanged after recycling.The material was characterized by stress relaxation and found that the material has a lower activation energy(53 kJ/mol). |
