Color-spinning segment color yarn is a kind of yarn that not only has the hazy feeling of color-spinning yarn,but also has the color change of segment color yarn,which is deeply loved by consumers.The color of the color yarn in the color spinning section varies,and the fabric effect of the knitted fabric is often unpredictable.Therefore,in the traditional color yarn production process of the color spinning segment,it is first necessary to analyze the incoming samples,and then try spinning in small batches,until the customer's requirements are met,and then the formal production can be done,resulting in a lot of waste of manpower,material and financial resources.In recent years,more and more researchers have applied computer-vision technology to simulate the appearance of fabrics,and strive to replace the traditional small-batch trial spinning process.Some solid-color fabric simulation systems have also appeared,but the color spinning segment color yarn knitted fabrics simulation has always had various defects.This subject mainly proposes a complete set of simulation methods for the color yarn weft jersey knitted fabric in the color spinning segment,which mainly includes the following contents:(1)A set of continuous image acquisition system is built independently for the collection of yarn images,which can ensure that there is less than 0.16 mm image information missing at the junction of two adjacent images,and realize the continuous acquisition of image information.This paper innovatively created an image collection method for black and white spinning segment color yarn,which can accurately extract yarn evenness information on the basis of retaining yarn hairiness,and solves the difficulty of collecting black and white spinning segment color yarn evenness information.problem.(2)In order to better observe the structure of a complete loop and establish a model with a higher similarity to the real loop structure,the study collected images of the front and back of5 kinds of weft jerseys,and synthesized the images of 5 complete loops respectively.Then based on the Peirce weft-knitted loop structure model,a new loop structure model was established for the simulation of weft-knitted fabrics.After verification,the improved loop structure model is more consistent with the actual fabric loop structure,the loop length of the model is closer to the loop length of the actual fabric,and the appearance of the simulated weft jersey is more authentic.(3)Based on the establishment of the coil structure model,this paper maps the collected yarn evenness image information to the model,and use the nearest neighbor interpolation algorithm to fill in the missing pixels.The image after interpolation is more complete,and the pixels between the pixels are more complete.The connection is also smoother.When mapping,the loops are blanked by using the loop-sleeve relationship of the weft jersey to achieve the visual effect of the loops on each other,and the simulation of the weft jersey is completed.By adjusting the coil structure parameters,the appearance simulation effect of different fabric densities can be realized.(4)On the basis of the above-mentioned fabric simulation effect,research the segment color parameters for adjusting the simulation effect.Three segmentation methods are used to segment the main yarn part and the segment color part of the yarn.It is found that the gray histograms of the two parts of the yarn image are quite different,and the segmentation effect is best based on the number of peaks in the histogram.For the yarn image of the segment color part after segmentation,not only can the segment color length be adjusted by multiples as needed,but the segment color can be replaced with any other color,so that a variety of fabric appearance simulation effects can be presented based on one yarn.In the production process,the yarn segment color length and segment color configuration can be determined without multiple proofing.On the basis of the above work,this subject solves the difficulty to extract the yarn evenness information of the black and white spinning segment color yarn,establishes a coil structure model that is more consistent with the actual coil structure,and realizes the adjustment of yarn parameters such as color length and segment color by computer.Studies have shown that the simulation results of the loop model proposed in this paper are more similar to the loop structure of the actual fabric.It can simulate the color-spun segment-color yarn weft jersey with different fabric density,segment color length and segment color.The adaptability to different yarn parameters and fabric parameters lays the foundation for the accurate simulation of weft plain knitted fabrics.It will greatly reduce the number of repeated weaving of samples by the factory,greatly improve the factory's ability to respond quickly to product production,and enhance the factory's market competitiveness.
