Yoga is a popular sport at the moment,because it fits people’s pursuit of a healthy and active lifestyle,and the number of people who exercise has maintained a steady growth.As the yoga fitness team continues to expand and consumption upgrades,consumers are paying more attention to the functionality and comfort of yoga clothing.Pressure comfort,as an important performance of sports clothing,will affect the wearer’s performance and experience.Therefore,high-performance sportswear has gradually become the first choice for sports enthusiasts.In yoga exercises,the limbs have a large range of motion,which has high requirements for the ductility and comfort of clothing fabrics.At present,there are problems such as the chaotic structural design of yoga clothing in the market,unreasonable cutting line settings,and no obvious difference between the fabric structure and ordinary sportswear,which cannot meet consumer needs well.The structure and style of high-performance sports clothing should conform to the physiological characteristics and sports characteristics of the human body.The seamless knitting technology can knit different fabric structures according to the stretching range of different parts,and there are few stitches,and the clothing has excellent elasticity and extensibility.Therefore,research and development of yoga clothing with good sports comfort and functionality is of great significance,which can greatly enhance the sports experience of yoga lovers.In order to establish a yoga clothing structure and functional partition design model that meets the characteristics of sports,and develop yoga clothing with good functionality and comfort,this project is based on the sports posture to conduct structural modeling and functional design of seamless yoga clothing.Pant covers the abdomen,buttocks and legs of the human body,the abdomen and buttocks are complex curved bodies,which puts forward higher requirements on the structure design of trousers.It needs to meet the body shape changes and activity needs of the lower limbs of the human body.Therefore,this article takes yoga pants as the main research object,which is mainly divided into the following parts:measurement and analysis of human lower limb skin deformation during yoga exercise;preparation and performance testing of knitted fabrics;the structural modeling and functional design of seamless yoga pants,the performance evaluation of seamless yoga pants,the main contents are as follows:(1)In order to establish a grid diagram of the skin deformation of the lower limbs of the human body,the skin deformation of the lower limbs of the human body during yoga exercises is studied.Starting from the characteristics of the limb movement,five yoga movements that can cover the stretching changes of the legs were selected.Partition the body surface and paste the marked points,scan and record the human body image through the three-dimensional scanning system and measure the distance between the marked points,analyze the skin deformation law of the lower limbs of the human body under different yoga movements from the circumference and longitudinal length,and analyze the skin deformation data.The skin deformation map of human lower limbs was obtained by grading the skin deformation data.(2)The tensile properties of fabrics with different fabric structures were studued,which provide a parameter basis for the design of garment structures.Using nylon and spandex as raw materials,Santoni seamless underwear circular knitting machine is used to knit fabrics with different fabric structures commonly used in seamless garments,to study the performance characteristics of knitted fabrics.Test the basic structural parameters of the fabric,and analyze the linear relationship between fabric stretch rate and stretch force,fabric stretch force and clothing pressure by testing the stretch force and clothing pressure of the fabric at different stretch rates,and through the linear relationship.Based on the error analysis,the linear regression equation of the tensile force of different fabric structures and the clothing pressure is obtained,and the clothing pressure prediction method is proposed.(3)Based on the characteristics of human motion postures,the partition structure and function design model of seamless yoga pants is established,and the method of digital design model of weft-knitted seamless yoga clothing is proposed.According to the circumference size of the lower limb,combined with the lateral density of the fabric and the clothing pressure under lateral stretching,the clothing shrinkage rate and the fabric structure of the knitted fabric are determined;According to the manufacturing process principle of seamless clothing,the human body lower limb skin deformation map is transformed into a prototype of weft-knitted seamless yoga pants.The fabric structure of the fabric used in different clothing areas is determined by the law of lower limb skin deformation and the longitudinal stretch performance of the fabric;Integrating the design requirements of horizontal circumference and vertical length,a partition design model of seamless yoga pants was established.Based on the development and design process of seamless yoga pants,a method for establishing a digital design model of weft-knitted seamless yoga clothing based on skin deformation is proposed.(4)According to the partition structure design model of seamless yoga pants,the actual yoga pants were made,and the objective pressure comfort performance evaluation of yoga pants was carried out,which showed that the seamless yoga clothing based on sports posture design has good pressure comfort.Select two yoga pants from the market that are similar in style to the newly developed seamless yoga pants,and use objective stress testing to measure the pressure on different parts of the human body during yoga.The pressure values of 4 yoga pants were explored at different measurement points and the pressure change rate under different yoga movements.Finally,cluster analysis,assignment,and functional evaluation methods are used to evaluate the pressure comfort performance of the four yoga pants,verify that the partition structure design yoga pant has better pressure comfort,and propose a seamless yoga pants partition design model.The optimization method provides reference and basis for the design of yoga pants. |
