The Sichuan Safety Technology Center provides a series of safety technical services and personnel training for coal mining enterprises in response to the complex geological conditions of coal mines in the southwestern region,relatively backward mining equipment,and low quality of employees.With the increasing demand of coal mine enterprises for safety technical services and personnel technical training,the existing service and training management methods of the technology center can no longer meet the business needs,and it is necessary to develop a new generation of coal mine safety technical service information management system.The thesis is based on the technical service management informatization subject of Sichuan Safety Technology Center,with safety technical service report issuance management and personnel training management as the core,and conducts research on the coal mine safety technical service management system.The main research results are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of single technical service report form and application method,and the low level of informatization of the existing management system,design and build a coal mine safety technical service information management system with safety technical service and personnel training management as the core.While it is difficult to save the service report,improve the information management level of the technology center.(2)Aiming at the process reconstruction problem of the technical service report issuance management system,a parallel and cross-queue hybrid model is designed based on the ECRS analysis principle to effectively reduce the redundant workload in the technical service report issuance process and improve the efficiency of service report issuance,to a certain extent,solve the problem of easy congestion under high concurrency of service processes.(3)Aiming at the decision-making problem of human resource structure in personnel training management,on the basis of analyzing the relevant data of the existing technical training management module,expounding the personnel structure data mining from four aspects: problem definition,data flow analysis,modeling and model evaluation.The basic process and the classification function of the C4.5 decision tree algorithm are used to obtain the factors that affect the adjustment of personnel structure and provide decision support for managers.(4)In view of the lack of effective prediction of coal mine safety situation in the existing information management system,based on the data generated in the process of technical services,combined with BP neural network to construct a coal mine safety situation prediction model,analyze the impact of various factors on coal mine safety accidents.The degree of influence,and the coal mine safety situation auxiliary decisionmaking according to the degree of influence,reduces the probability of safety accidents to a certain extent.The paper has 58 pictures,18 tables,and 66 references.
