Explosion-proof diesel engine is the main power equipment of trackless rubber wheeler in coal mine in our country.Due to the special transformation,its emission performance is relatively deteriorated,and the impact of particulate matter and harmful substances such as NOx and CO in tail gas on the working environment has been paid more and more attention.According to"MT990-2006 mine explosion-proof diesel engine general technical conditions",the exhaust gas purification technology of explosion-proof diesel engine needs to meet the conditions of low exhaust resistance,high purification efficiency,low catalyst temperature,no electrical equipment and so on.In order to solve the exhaust gas purification problem of explosion-proof diesel engines,this article designs and processes a small,non-electrically driven integrated exhaust gas purification device from the perspectives of catalyst preparation and selection,filter device and catalytic converter design,etc.,which can be effective Purify the exhaust gas of explosion-proof diesel engines and reduce the concentration of particulate matter and harmful gases to a safer level.In this study,coprecipitation method was used to prepare Cu-Mn composite oxide catalyst.Using the reducing property of soot and the oxidation property of NOx,the harmful substances were purified together through multiphase reaction.The performance of the catalyst was tested by temperatures-programmed experiments.The catalytic performance of the catalyst in different gas environments was studied.The morphology and elemental composition of the catalyst were characterized by SEM,TEM,XPS,XRD,FT-IR,H2-TPR,etc.The optimal preparation conditions,such as Cu/Mn element ratio and calcination temperature,were determined.The obtained Cu-Mn composite oxide catalyst can reduce the ignition temperature of carbon black by176℃,which overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional noble metal catalyst,such as high cost and easy poisoning,and improves the purification efficiency of harmful gas.At the same time,the cost of catalyst is greatly reduced.The folding metal filter element with high temperature resistance,large filtration area and large pollution capacity is used to capture soot particles.The metal filter element has the advantages of high strength,small resistance and easy cleaning,which prolongs the regeneration cycle and service life of the particle purification device.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of regeneration,a high-pressure spraying process was used to prepare a polytetrafluoroethylene coating to modify the surface of the metal filter element,and the adhesion between the modified filter element and the lipophilic carbon particles was greatly reduced,it can be regenerated by flushing with clean water.The coating has good hydrophobicity,oleophobicity and corrosion resistance,which prolongs the service life of the filter element.Through molding technology for copper catalyst manganese compound oxide catalyst particles,design and process the double-cylinder structure of the exhaust catalyst,and process it with the modified metal filter element into an integrated exhaust purification device.The device is small in size,easy to install and maintain.The purification effect of the self-made purification device on particulate matter,NOx and CO was tested with smokemeter and tail gas analyzer.The results show that the purification efficiency of the self-made purification device is excellent:the elimination rate of soot particles can reach more than 95%,and the purification efficiency of CO and NOx can reach more than 72%and 91%respectively,which is far higher than the purification efficiency of commercial exhaust gas purifiers on the market.It is calculated that if the device is used in coal mine,it can greatly save economic cost and pollutant discharge.Self-made exhaust gas purification device has the advantages of simple structure without using external electrical equipment and extra reducing agent.It is in line with general mine explosion proof diesel engine technology and coal mine safety standards,compared with similar products,this device has the safe and reliable,stable operation,obvious effect,easy to use such outstanding advantages,which can effectively solve the problem of explosion-proof diesel exhaust pollution,It can also be applied to vehicles with large flue gas emission,agricultural and industrial diesel engines,which has great economic benefit and positive environmental significance.This paper has 29 figures,14 tables and 84 references.
