Abrasive Suspension Jet cutting technology develops rapidly because of its advantages of good cutting quality,wide cutting range and no heat affected zone.In this thesis,the concept of relative Young's modulus is put forward and a series of experiments are carried out to study the physical parameters of abrasive particles and materials which affect the cutting performance of premixed abrasive jet.Starting from Young's modulus of abrasive and material to be cut,this thesis analyzes their respective effects on cutting performance of premixed abrasive water jet,and puts forward the concept of relative Young's modulus.Based on the orthogonal experiment,according to the two evaluation indexes of cutting depth and section roughness,this thesis designs the orthogonal experiment about the influence of relative Young's modulus on the cutting performance of abrasive suspension jet.Through range and variance analysis,it explores the significance of the influence of relative Young's modulus,and lays the foundation for single factor experiment.According to the parameter range of orthogonal experiment,the single factor experiment of the influence of Young's modulus on the abrasive suspension jet is designed from the two evaluation indexes of cutting depth and section roughness,and the influence law and internal mechanism are explored.The results show that the cutting depth increases with the increase of relative Young's modulus.When the relative Young's modulus is greater than 1,the density of abrasive plays a leading role in cutting depth;when the relative Young's modulus is less than 1,the young's modulus of abrasive plays a leading role in cutting depth.According to the experimental results,the cutting quality is divided into three areas according to the relative Young's modulus.When the relative Young's modulus is less than 1.5,it is the bad erosion area;when the relative Young's modulus is between 1.5 and 2.5,it is the best quality area;when the relative Young's modulus is greater than 2.5,it is the excessive erosion area.In this thesis,the micro scale scratch morphology of some samples of single factor experiment is collected,and the geometric size of the scratch is analyzed by using statistical method to explore the influence of relative Young's modulus on the micro scale scratch morphology,and according to this,the methods to improve the surface cutting quality are proposed.This thesis has 40 pictures,27 tables and 75 references.
