The reliable,efficient and economic operation of belt conveyor in coal mine directly affects the actual production benefit.But in the actual coal mining process,due to the uneven distribution of coal seam,the mining amount is uncertain,which causes the load of belt conveyor to change randomly,and then brings the problem of speed and torque fluctuation,which makes the conveyor unable to operate reliably,efficiently and economically.Therefore,it is very important to study the control strategy of permanent magnet drum motor for coal mine belt conveyor.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the coal mine belt conveyor system in operation,and selects the most efficient'S' starting curve as the speed curve of the coal mine belt conveyor when starting,so as to weaken the disturbance caused by starting on the transportation system,avoid the deformation of the conveyor belt due to the huge tension,and make the process of the equipment from starting to steady state as smooth as possible No fluctuation purpose.According to the working characteristics of the coal mine belt conveyor outer rotor direct drive permanent magnet drum motor,the dynamic operation model is analyzed,and the dynamic mathematical model based on dq axis is built.At the same time,the fuzzy control technology combined with PID control technology is used to complete the operation control of the permanent magnet drum drive motor.Finally,the fuzzy SVPWM-DTC(Space Vector Modulation-Direct Torque Control)system is built The simulation model of the control strategy verifies that the conveying system with this control strategy has stronger robust performance,stronger anti-interference performance,and smaller speed ripple and torque ripple.Taking Daizhuang coal mine in Shandong Province as the application background,through the investigation of the actual working conditions of the underground belt conveyor drive motor system in the coal mine,a concise,accurate and reliable manmachine interface for centralized monitoring of the belt conveyor system in the coal mine is designed by using Win CC configuration software,so as to help the production operators effectively grasp the operation status of all the equipment in the system,and quickly make counter-measures according to the operation status The function of remote control should be realized.There are 60 figures,11 tables and 90 references in this thesis.
