In order to realize the quick start of the equipment,the domestic coal mine fully mechanized mining equipment is widely used in the direct start mode,which forms a great start impulse current and reduces the service life of the equipment.If the frequency converter is used to start the equipment with frequency conversion,it will face the problem of occupying a large area,and it is difficult to apply in the mine.Aiming at this problem,the variable frequency permanent magnet integrated machine studied in this paper adopts integrated design to meet the needs of underground coal mine.Firstly,this paper designs the structure of the variable frequency integrated machine,including its overall structure,winding and bearing insulation structure,box structure and explosion-proof structure,and then designs the cooling system of the integrated machine.Secondly,the electromagnetic design of the permanent magnet motor of the all-in-one machine is optimized,and its simulation analysis is carried out by using software.Thirdly,the hardware of the inverter integrated machine is designed,including the system scheme,the main circuit design of the frequency conversion unit and the circuit design of the control system.Then,the mathematical model of the permanent magnet motor is built,and the vector control algorithm of the permanent magnet motor based on the maximum torque current ratio is studied,and its experimental verification is carried out.Then,the monitoring and communication system of the all-in-one computer is studied,and the monitoring software of the upper computer is implemented by Lab VIEW.At last,the paper studies the power balance control of multiple frequency conversion integrated machines in the application of belt conveyor.The variable frequency permanent magnet all-in-one machine studied in this paper integrates the control,motor body and variable frequency drive into a small explosionproof shell.Through optimization design,the equipment volume is greatly reduced,making it more suitable for the narrow space environment of underground coal mine,and effectively ensuring the reliable operation of the drive system.The thesis contains 56 figures,4 tables and 60 references.
