Shearer is an important equipment of fully mechanized coal mining face.The monitors need to monitor its operation state,production process parameters,and surrounding mining environment in the confined space in the well to ensure that the production process is safe and controllable.The remote visual monitoring of the shearer is the inevitable trend of the development of automation,digitalization,and intelligence of coal mining.The 3D immersive monitoring data visualization technology based on augmented reality,data visualization,and human-computer interaction technique was studied,which has a great significance for the remote visualization of the shearer.With the study object of monitoring data of the shearer,in this paper,the data space mapping and visualization features were studied,the structure of abstract 2D monitoring data and concrete 3D data was analyzed,and the visualization scheme of monitoring data was developed.Combined with augmented reality and humancomputer interaction technique,the visualization model of monitoring data of the shearer and the design paradigm of the human-computer interaction interface was designed and the immersive visual presentation of the abstract monitoring data in the3 D space was realized.The main study contents are as follows.1)Based on the principle of data mapping on the retina,the characteristics of 3D data mapping to 2D is obtained,and the visualization model of shearer monitoring data in the augmented reality environment is established.By analyzing the relationship between data geometry and spatial distribution,fusion rules of 3D immersive spatial data visualization are formulated,and the fusion scheme of monitoring data visualization according to the classification of shearer monitoring data structure is conceived.2)Based on the limited and closed characteristics of mining space of shearer and the mapping characteristics from 2D data to 3D space,the onboard video monitoring scheme of the shearer was developed,the monitoring data mapping model of the mining environment of the shearer was established,the onboard monitoring video was mapped on the corresponding coal wall of the mining environment model,and the temporalspatial fusion of monitoring data of the shearer and the mining environment model was realized.3)According to the structure of monitoring data of the coal cutter,the augmented reality technique,and the data visualization demand,the rules for the modeling of the virtual model were developed and the monitoring model of the coal cutter was built.According to the visualization scheme of monitoring data of the shearer,the visual mapping of the abstract monitoring data on the 3D virtual physical model of the shearer was realized.4)Focusing on user's experience,the advantages and disadvantages of 6 humancomputer interaction modes are evaluated according to the characteristics of shearer monitoring data visualization model and augmented reality technology.The natural human-computer interaction interface paradigm combining virtual immersion and physical touch control was designed,and the visual monitoring system of the coal cutter was built.There are 72 figures,4tables and 88 references in this dissertation.
