Hoisting wire rope in mine is an important part related to produced efficiency and safety,good-performance wear-reducing grease is the key to delaying wire rope wear.Study on the frictional wear properties of wear-reducing additives in mine hoisting wire rope grease is a great significance to improve the service life of wire ropes.Based on IRIS-200 BB wire rope grease,two materials of carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and α-zirconium hydrogen phosphate(α-ZrP)are used as wear-reducing additives.Prepared by ultrasonic dispersion and three-roll mill grinding,and the uniformity of the dispersion of additives in the grease was tested.Taking the prepared hoisting wire rope wear-reducing grease as the research object,a four-ball machine test was carried out to analyze the influence of two additives on the friction coefficient,the diameter,morphology,volume,and depth of the steel ball wear scar,and the wear mechanism.Then test the extreme pressure performance,anticorrosion performance and low temperature performance of the grease according to the standard test method.The results show that CNTs and α-ZrP as additives can effectively reduce the friction coefficient and reduce the diameter,volume and depth of the wear scar of the steel ball.But the degree of improvement of the two is different;CNTs can improve the extreme pressure performance of the original grease without affecting the corrosion resistance and low temperature performance;α-ZrP has no effect on the extreme pressure performance,corrosion resistance and low temperature performance of the original grease.The steel wire fretting frictional wear test was carried out with the prepared grease,and the friction coefficient,the depth of the steel wire wear scar and the wear morphology were analyzed.The results show that CNTs have a better effect on reducing the depth of steel wire wear scars.The wire rope sliding frictioal wear test was carried out with the prepared grease,and the friction coefficient and the morphology of the wear scar were analyzed.The results show that α-ZrP reduces the friction coefficient of steel wire rope to greater extent.Finally,based on the principal component analysis theory,using IBM SPSS software to extract the principal components of the variables in the test,the comprehensive evaluation of the hoisting wire rope anti-friction grease is carried out.The paper has 65 pictures,22 tables and 79 references.
