This article uses potassium hexatitanate whiskers(PTF-I),potassium octatitanate whiskers(PTF-V)and potassium titanate rod crystals(PTR).They have good mechanical properties and because of their unique tunneling The unique physical and chemical properties produced by the structure,such as high infrared emissivity,high heat resistance,low thermal conductivity,and good chemical stability,are used in heat insulation materials,friction materials,polymer and light metal reinforcement materials,and special coatings.(Layer),electronic information,aerospace,petrochemical and many other fields have broad application prospects.In this thesis,a blended film of potassium titanate modified polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)was prepared by directly blending potassium titanate products and modifying and blending potassium titanate products,and its structure,tensile properties,mediation The electrical properties have been studied in detail.First,the potassium hexatitanate whiskers were modified,and modified potassium hexatitanate whiskers with better dispersibility and compatibility were synthesized by using the silane coupling agent KH-550 to modify the whiskers.The structure was characterized by infrared and XRD,and its morphology and dispersion were studied by scanning electron microscopy.Then,they were blended with PVDF to prepare PTF-I-PVDF blended films,and their crystalline properties,morphology and structure,mechanical properties and dielectric properties were studied.Second,KH-550 was used to modify potassium octatitanate whiskers,and the structure was characterized by infrared and XRD.Using polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)with good mechanical properties and high dielectric constant as the matrix,a PTF-V-PVDF blend film was prepared by a physical blending method,and the crystalline properties,morphology and structure of the PVDF film were studied by PTF-V.Mechanical properties and dielectric properties.The results show that the PTF-V-PVDF blend film has good thermodynamic compatibility.Potassium titanate is used as a reinforcing agent to enhance the mechanical properties of the film,improve the dielectric properties of the film,and increase the dielectric constant of the PTF-V-PVDF blend film.Third,by using KH-550 to modify the potassium titanate rod crystal,and then blending with PVDF to prepare a modified PTR-PVDF blend film,to study its crystalline properties,morphology,mechanical properties and dielectric properties.Compared with blended PTR-PVDF,the PTR-PVDF blend film modified by whisker has better mechanical properties,higher dielectric constant and lower dielectric loss. |
