In recent years,the plastics industry has grown considerably and plastic products have become a crucial part of production and life.However,the huge scale of plastic waste is causing increasingly serious pollution to the environment.At the same time,the recycling technology of waste plastics is being developed all over the world.The paper proposes a new melt conveying scheme based on the research of hot air circulation heating molten waste plastics recycling and pelletizing technology studied by this research team,in order to make the molten plastic melt enter the extrusion pelletizing screw for extrusion and pelletizing more smoothly.The solution is mainly through the key structure of the blade rotor melt pressurization and conveying chamber,which can realize the effective pressurization and conveying of the plastic melt and can improve the efficiency of the machine.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.1.Reviewing the information and literature about waste plastic recycling,the current waste plastic treatment methods and the status of domestic and foreign research on waste plastic recycling.The research and progress of the hot air circulation molten plastic recycling pelletizing process by this research team is introduced in detail.2.The analysis and application of the vane rotor melt conveyor theory were carried out.In order to solve the defects of the previous prototype,this paper analyzed the conveyor mechanism of the vane rotor with reference to the vane rotor pump structure.The mechanism was then applied to design the melt agglomeration and pressurization conveying chamber scheme,and the melt conveying mechanism of the vane rotor in the conveying chamber was analyzed.3?The equation of the motion velocity of the blade rotor during the operation of the melt pressurized conveying chamber was calculated,and the numerical simulation of the melt conveying process in the pressurized conveying chamber was carried out by using POLYFLOW,a computational fluid dynamics analysis software.4.The structure of the melt pressurized conveying chamber of the blade rotor was applied to the new hot air melt recovery plastic granulator,and the structural design of the melt pressurized conveying chamber was carried out by Pro/E.Through the post-processing software CFD-Post,the force situation of the blade rotor during operation was collected,the maximum torque generated by the force was calculated,and the motor model was selected according to this maximum torque.The ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to perform a static analysis of the key components of the melt pressurization and conveying chamber,the blade rotor and the rotating disc,to verify the strength of the selected materials.
