Lithium-sulfur battery is known for its high theoretical specific capacity(1675m Ah·g-1)and theoretical energy density(2600Wh·kg-1),low cost and environmental friendliness,making it an ideal next-generation energy battery to replace traditional lithium batteries..Although lithium-sulfur batteries have many of the above advantages,there are still many obstacles to commercialization,including:low sulfur conductivity,rapid capacity decline,poor rate performance,and the shuttle effect of polysulfides.In view of some of the problems of lithium-sulfur battery cathode materials,here,we introduce an easy-to-form collector-free carbon nanotube/sulfur/graphene oxide composite flexible film.The specific content is as follows:First,through the exploration of the preparation of the carbon nanotube flexible film,the experiment of various methods such as the suction filtration method,the physical pressing method and the slurry coating method,the made film is bent,the electrical resistivity is measured,the pulse detector,etc.Method to test the use of flexible films,and finally found that the slurry coating method is most suitable for preparing flexible carbon nanotube films.The composite film is manufactured by a simple process of coating the slurry on the surface of the hydrophobic sapphire.The composite membrane exhibits excellent flexibility.The electrochemical measurement results show that the initial discharge specific capacity of the modified membrane at 0.1 C is 1050 m Ah·g-1.In addition,at 0.5 C,the specific capacity remains around 800 m Ah·g-1.And after 200cycles,the capacity retention rate was 82.4%.The flexible soft-pack battery based on the flexible cathode shows good mechanical and electrochemical properties in the folded state,and the electrode shows good cycle performance,which highlights the practical application of our carefully designed electrode in the flexible power supply system.
