Coal resource is one of the most abundant,widely distributed and cheapest conventional energy resources in the world.Under the influence of rapid economic development,China's demand for coal resources is still relatively strong.However,as an important coal producer in the world,China's existing coal mines account for a relatively high proportion of high-outburst mines,and a large amount of gas is produced during coal mining,which not only brings serious safety hazards to coal production,but also causes serious air pollution caused by coal-bed methane discharged into the atmosphere.Therefore,in order to better promote domestic coal extraction efficiency,effective governance gas resources,reduce the life and the natural environment violations,the State Council and related ministries and commissions and local government successively introduced about the utilization of mine gas gas extraction and related policy,for the construction of the coal mine production and gas emission and utilization of mine gas made the relevant provisions.After years of efforts,at present domestic extraction and utilization of low concentration gas still is given priority to with extensive,excessive waste of resources is always the lack of effective management way,with the greenhouse effect caused by methane combustion "carbon emissions" work brings a huge challenge,how to better extraction and utilization of gas resource,earnestly implement the work requirement,energy saving and emission reduction is at present a lot of coal mining and the core of the enterprises have to face problems.From the theoretical point of view,this paper constructs a matching process suitable for the gas treatment and utilization of Changdian air shaft.From the calorific value regulation system,dehydration process after pressurization and air blower,it tries to design a gas source utilization system with more safety,stability,efficiency and energy saving and environmental protection characteristics,to a certain extent,supplement the deficiencies of current research,and enrich the coal mine gas development Methods and modes of development and utilization.At the same time,combined with the design situation and design experience of Changdian air shaft,the gas extraction calculation,gas holder selection,gas pressure transmission,etc.are adopted to deal with gas pressurization before leaving the station.The relevant supporting production processes include power transformation and distribution,computer system design,water supply and drainage engineering design,thermal heating and ventilation design,structure and other basic design,and from the aspects of fire protection,energy conservation and environmental protection In order to provide important gas source guarantee for the development of local coal mine gas users,reduce methane emission,improve the environment,and promote the improvement of local social environment.
