In the wet leveling process of cold-rolled sheet and strip production line,the rubber oil extruder has been gradually replaced by the composite oil extruder due to its defects such as aging cracks on the surface,weak ability to remove oil and easy adhesion to scrap iron residue to scratch the sheet and strip.Composite oil squeeze roller of roller set of nonwovens for the base material,because of its unique porous structure,which has good oil absorption capacity and tiny sundry induct in the pore to avoid scratches on the surface of plate and strip,and nonwovens also has high coefficient of friction and self-healing,can guarantee to squeeze oil roller has a longer service life.The oil removal effect of composite oil extruder is mainly affected by its set operating parameters,so it is of great significance to study the compression deformation and temperature field of composite oil extruder under the actual working environment,and to predict the service life of composite oil extruder according to the wear condition of nonwoven matrix of roll sleeve.On the basis of the previous research,combined with the theory of elasticity and heat transfer,the compressive deformation and temperature field of the composite oil extruder are analyzed.Then,ABAQUS was used to simulate the actual working state of composite extrusion rolls with two different sizes,to determine the relationship curve between the compression deformation of the roll sleeve and the pressure,the elastic deformation recovery time and the temperature change and distribution of the extrusion roll in the initial working stage.Finally,the oil removal test device was used to build a test platform to carry out the force compression deformation of the oil extrusion roll of the test size and the oil removal test correction curve,and the correction coefficient was obtained as 1.2.The results show that the minimum oil film thickness is 0.91g/m2 and the strip surface quality is improved after using the composite oil extruder.In actual working conditions,the best oil removal effect can be achieved when the pressure of the composite oil extruder is about 16800N(converted into line load of 8N/mm).At this time,the recovery time of part of the elastic deformation of the oil extruder sleeve is about 0.142 s,the rotation period of the oil extruder should be greater than 0.852 s,and the corresponding feed speed of the plate and strip should not be higher than 1.050m/s.At the same time,combined with the structure of the nonwoven fabric and the work of the cold wet flat environment of composite materials in the set of the wear failure of squeeze oil roller roller theoretical analysis,using the LEICA DFC295 optical microscope to look at the different grinding roller surface of phase contrast,estimates that wear single fiber need oil removal work number is about 648000 times,the service life of composite materials to squeeze oil roller is about 897.44 days.
