Natural gas,like coal and oil,is a kind of fossil energy,but its combustion emission is much less than the latter two.It is a kind of clean energy,which is widely used in power generation,industrial production,heating,transportation,residents' life and other fields.With China's economic development and the improvement of urbanization level,the demand for energy is also growing.Under the background of the deterioration of the ecological environment quality in China,the demand for natural gas,a clean energy,has increased dramatically.The city's demand for natural gas is constantly changing,and sometimes "gas shortage" will occur.Therefore,the construction of natural gas liquefied storage and distribution peak shaving center can effectively avoid the occurrence of "gas shortage" caused by periodic imbalance of supply and demand.This paper first analyzes the market situation of natural gas,then selects and explains the source of raw materials and process technology scheme of the project,and also discusses the public works,energy conservation and environmental protection,labor safety and occupational health and fire protection,factory organization and labor quota of the project.Finally,through investment estimation,financial,economic evaluation and social benefit analysis,it is concluded that the project is feasible Conclusion.Through the analysis and Research on all aspects of the project,the conclusions are as follows:(1)The project has the advantages of mature technology,advanced and reliable technology,good product quality,low consumption quota,and less emission of "three wastes".The project conforms to the national industrial policy,environmental protection policy,energy policy and the development plan of the construction unit.(2)The total investment of the project is 357.34 million yuan,and the annual average profit after operation is 45.43 million yuan.The pre tax financial internal rate of return is 17.8% and the after tax financial internal rate of return is 14.02%.The project is economically feasible.(3)After the completion of the project,the peak shaving problem of Taiyuan city residents' gas supply can be solved,the local labor employment pressure can be relieved,the development of related industries will be promoted,the development of local economy will be promoted,and the harmonious society will be built,with good social benefits.(4)This paper analyzes the social risks existing in the construction project,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,which can promote the sustainable and healthy development of the project.
