At present,society is in a stage of rapid development,and the resulting environmental and health problems have attracted widespread attention.Negative ion textiles have a significant impact on human health and the ecological environment.It can improve the body’s own immunity,improve the nervous system,improve air quality,and prevent respiratory diseases.Moisturizing functional textiles achieve the effect of moisturizing and improving the touch of the skin through moisturizers.Nowadays,there are some negative ion textiles or moisturizing functional textiles on the market.However,single-function textiles gradually lose their advantages,and composite-function textiles are increasingly favored by consumers and the market.Therefore,research and development of bedding products with anion and moisturizing compound functions have good economic value and broad market prospects.First of all,this article studies the cross-sectional morphology and longitudinal morphological structure,length,linear density and moisture regain of vitamin E fiber.And studied the tensile properties of vitamin E yarn and combed cotton/vitamin fiber/modal(40/40/20)blended yarn.The experimental results show that the cross-section of the vitamin E fiber is an irregular jagged structure,and its longitudinal structure is straight and gully.And the surface of the fiber is attached with macromolecular particles of organic matter and fine anion powder.The moisture regain of vitamin E fiber is similar to that of ordinary viscose fiber,and both vitamin E fiber and ordinary viscose fiber have good moisture absorption properties.Vitamin E yarn has high fiber orientation,high cohesion between fibers,and is not easy to deform.Therefore,the breaking strength of vitamin E yarn is greater than that of combed cotton/vitamin E fiber/modal(40/40/20)blended yarn.In addition,the breaking elongation of the two types of yarns is similar.In this paper,vitamin E fiber,which has both anion function and moisturizing function,is selected as the main raw material,and 19 kinds of composite functional interwoven fabrics are trial-produced.It aims to explore the influence of three factors of different functional fiber content,different weft types,and different tissue structures on the release of negative ions and moisturizing function of textiles.And the effect on the basic wearing properties of the fabric,such as breaking strength,air permeability,moisture permeability,wrinkle recovery,anti-pilling and pilling,stiffness and flexibility.Develop clothing fabrics with excellent functions to meet the healthy consumption needs of consumers.This article uses mulberry silk as the warp yarn material,vitamin E yarn,combed cotton/vitamin E fiber/modal(40/40/20)blended yarn and viscose fiber as the weft yarn.In the A series of fabrics,the weft ratio of vitamin E yarn and viscose yarn is0:1,1:4,1:3,1:2,1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1.1:0.In the B series fabric,the weft ratio of combed cotton/vitamin E fiber/modal(40/40/20)blended yarn and viscose yarn is 1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1,1 : 0.In the C series fabric,the ratio of vitamin E yarn and viscose weft yarn is 1:1.And the fabric structure includes twill weave derivative,four broken twill,honeycomb weave,five three-fly weft face satin and eight three-fly weft face satin.The negative ion release,moisturizing function and basic wearing performance of the three series of fabrics A,B and C were tested respectively.Through the comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy mathematics,the fabric with the best comprehensive performance can be obtained.According to the result of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation,when the vitamin E fiber content in the weft yarn is 100% and the fabric structure is a honeycomb structure,this is the best design scheme.In this paper,combined with the results of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation,finally chooses mulberry silk as the warp raw material of the interlaced fabric,and 100% vitamin E yarn as the weft raw material of the interlaced fabric.Use the abovementioned raw materials for pattern design,fabric design and color selection.Then,we considered the functionality and comfort of the fabric,and designed and developed three series of stylish and beautiful bedding.The development of negative ion and moisturizing composite functional bedding has good economic added value and bright market prospects.
