Web-based Circular Knitted Underwear Woven Fabric CAD System Design

With the research and development of Internet technology and the knitting industry and the continuous integration of the two,there is an increasing demand for digital and networked knitting CAD.At present,there is relatively little research on circular knitting underwear machines and supporting CAD software in China,and most of the supporting CAD system software is focused on the PC side,which cannot take advantage of the Internet,while its maintenance cost is high and operation efficiency is not high.Therefore,this paper applies Internet technology to develop a Web-based fabric CAD system specifically for circular knitting underwear machines,providing pattern design and chain-list action process design.This system satisfies users to access the system and design fabrics online anytime and anywhere with convenient and efficient operation,while achieving zero installation and maintenance on the client side.This system has a realistic application value in the field of circular knitting underwear machine,and has a more important significance to the development of knitting CAD technology.The CAD system designed in this paper is a fabric design system for circular knitting underwear machines,which lays the process foundation for the system by controlling the configuration of the working structure parameters of the underwear machine and the fabric design representation by the required design of the system.It also designs the six functional modules of the system and uses the B/S model of the Web to design the overall architecture of the system.Secondly,the design service module of the system is designed in detail in this paper.The specific functional structures of the pattern design module and the chain-list action design module are constructed respectively.The pattern design module contains three parts: multi-layer drawing,drawing tools,and color action configuration.Multi-layer drawing realizes the drawing of three layers: needle selection layer,color control yarn mouth layer and density motor layer.In view of the fact that the native drawing API of Canvas is relatively low-level and not applicable to the drawing mechanism of this system,the native API is wrapped twice to make it applicable to this system.Implement needle selection,yarn nozzle,density motor action and color configuration mechanism,making the design of patterns more flexible;the chain-list action design module contains two parts: chain-list editing and auxiliary functions.It designs the action cache format according to the chain-list action process parameters,and realizes the action editing based on the cache format,while completes the specification check of the pattern in the chain-list action data according to the process and the implementation of auxiliary functions such as parameter configuration.Again,we analyze the processing requirements of different product data in the system,and realize the processing of pattern data,chain-list action data and upload files.The pixel pattern data is transformed into an array of color numbers and stored as a pattern file in a corresponding file format;different action data structure objects are created for the chain-list action and the file format is designed to save them,and finally the chain-list action data file is obtained.Study the compilation and parsing common format of circular knitted underwear machine,realize the matching and parsing of the chain-list action data format,and finally generate the on-line file.Finally,the system functions are developed by Jet Brains Web Storm and Intelli J IDEA development tools.The system is easy to operate,easy to get started,and has a good user experience.This paper develops a web-based CAD design system based on Internet technology,which realizes the functions of pattern design,chain-list action design,system data processing,and Machine running files compilation.Users can access and design circular knitted seamless underwear fabric online anytime and anywhere,with convenient pattern design and low threshold for chain-list action design,which is easy to promote.
