Using dicumyl peroxide(DCP)as the initiator, styrene(St),and glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)as the grafting monomer, graft isotactic polybutene-1(iPB-1)was prepared by reactive extrusion in a twin-screw extruder, the optimal reactive extrusion process conditions of the grafted iPB-g-GMA-co-St were discussed, and tested the mechanical properties of the graft. The results showed that the grafting rate of GMA was the highest at190℃.The grafting rate of GMA first increased and then decreased with the increase of extruder temperature. The MFR of grafted iPB-g-GMA-co-St increased with increasing temperature. The grafting rate of GMA decreases first with the increase of the screw speed of the main engine. The grafting rate is the maximum at 120rpm,and the MFR of the graft is the maximum at 60rpm.Increase DCP,GMA and St in equal proportions, and perform reactive extrusion under five formulas. The grafting rate and grafting efficiency of the grafts prepared by formula 1 are the lowest, and the grafting rate of grafts prepared by formula 5is the highest. The graft made by formula 3 has the highest grafting efficiency;the grafted iPB-g-GMA-St made by formula 3 has the largest MFR,and the MFR of formula 5 is the smallest.Compared with the standard iPB-1,the flexural properties of the grafts prepared under different process conditions are reduced, the Shore hardness and Vicat softening point have no obvious changes, and the tensile properties and notched impact strength change significantly with the reactive extrusion process conditions.Using dicumyl peroxide(DCP)as the initiator, styrene(St),and maleic anhydride(MAH)as the grafting monomer, graft isotactic polybutene-1(iPB-1)was prepared by reactive extrusion in a twin-screw extruder, the optimal reactive extrusion process conditions of the grafted product iPB-g-MAH-co-St were discussed, and tested the mechanical properties of grafts. The results showed that the grafting rate of MAH increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of temperature. The grafting rate of grafts prepared at 200℃was 3.05%.With the increase of the screw speed, the grafting rate of the grafts first increased and then decreased, and the MFR first decreased and then increased.By increasing the amount of DCP,MAH and St in equal proportion, the reactive extrusion was carried out under five groups of formula The grafting rate and grafting efficiency of the grafts made by formula 1 are the lowest, and the grafting rate of the grafts made by formula 5 is the largest.,The graft made by formula 3 has the highest grafting efficiency. The mechanical properties of grafts vary greatly with the change of reactive extrusion process conditions.iPB-1 and iPB-g-GMA-co-St were blended with PA6,respectively,The results showed that the addition of iPB-1 and iPB-g-GMA-co-St increased the Tmc of PA6,and accelerate the crystallization rate of PA6.Compared with pure iPB-1,iPB-g-GMA-co-St has better compatibility with PA6,and iPB-g-GMA-co-St has a better toughening effect on PA6.
