Ground tire rubber(GTR)is made of waste tires.With the development of science and technology,the technology of producing ground tire rubber continues to develop,and various fine crushing methods such as freezing,wet,and water jet methods have emerged.The surface morphology,particle size and surface chemistry are different.With the gradual improvement of the wet-process ground tire rubber preparation process,a complete process for preparing wet-process ground tire rubber has emerged.In order to systematically compare the surface properties and performance differences between the wet pulverization method and other ground tire rubbers,this paper selects four representative Ground tire rubber: crushed ground tire rubber at room temperature,frozen ground tire rubber,wet ground tire rubber,and water jet ground tire rubber.Compare the performance differences of different types of ground tire rubber.First,the properties of the ground tire rubber were characterized,and its specific surface area,component content,surface morphology and particle size were studied.The results showed that the particle size of the normal temperature method and the freezing method is larger,and the wet method and water jet method are smaller.The surface of normal temperature method and wet method ground tire rubber is rougher,while the surface of freezing method and water jet method ground tire rubber is smoother,and the content of extractables is the highest in the component content of freezing method ground tire rubber.The ground tire rubber was added to NR and SBR,and the performance was explored.It was found that the wet ground tire rubber with larger specific surface area had the highest strength in SBR,and the normal temperature crushed ground tire rubber with larger average particle size in NR had the highest strength.In order to further explore the performance of ground tire rubber in tread rubber,we used a set of factory tread rubber formulations to explore the performance of ground tire rubber in tread rubber.The surface of the experiment results: after ground tire rubber is added to the tread rubber,SBR has the effect of surface coating modification on ground tire rubber,and its mechanical properties are similar to those used in SBR.In order to improve the performance of ground tire rubber,this paper adopts the method of surface desulfurization modification to improve the performance of ground tire rubber.Different heating methods are used for modification in DES.The results show that the desulfurization of ground tire rubber in DES can selectively destroy the ground tire rubber.Links,amino groups appear on the surface of the ground tire rubber.And after the ground tire rubber is used in SBR,it is found that the amino groups appearing on the surface of DES can increase the vulcanization speed and increase the degree of crosslinking.In order to improve the performance of ground tire rubber,this paper adopts the method of surface desulfurization modification to improve the performance of ground tire rubber.Different heating methods are used for modification in DES.The results show that the desulfurization of ground tire rubber in DES can selectively destroy the ground tire rubber.Links,amino groups appear on the surface of the ground tire rubber.And after the ground tire rubber is used in SBR,it is found that the amino groups appearing on the surface of DES can increase the vulcanization speed and increase the degree of crosslinking.In order to explore the mechanism of DES desulfurization,eight groups of modification experiments were set up according to the modification time from0.5 h to 4 h,each group differed by half an hour.The desulfurization reaction of powder in DES is divided into two stages.The desulfurization of the surface of the ground tire rubber is successful,and the surface of the ground tire rubber becomes rough. |
