Sedentary behaviors in daily life and work are displaying more and more common in society.After health research and investigation,experts found that settled behavior leads to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease and that moderate-intensity or more numerous exercises after prolonged sitting cannot eliminate the physical damage caused by sedentary.Electric lifting desks can help office people say goodbye to sedentary sitting and realize alternate work between sitting and standing.However,traditional lifting desks have hidden dangers in safety protection.The lack of effective means of obstruction detection will cause damage to users,desk bodies,office equipment,etc.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the resistance detection and retreat functions of the electric lift desks.The thesis first summarizes the Hall pulse speed anti-pinch algorithm,motor current antipinch algorithm,current ripple anti-pinch detection algorithm,motor power anti-pinch detection algorithm,and motor torque anti-pinch detection algorithm,and designs an electric lifting desk system.The software and hardware design and the construction of the experimental platform have carried out the development and testing of the obstruction detection algorithm:1.The paper established a model of an electric lift table in the case of dual-motor coupling,and proposed a steady-state Kalman filter state estimation method based on model reference to estimate the state of the anti-pinch variable,and designed a sliding root mean square to determine the dynamic threshold value judges the resistance of the electric lifting desk;2.Combining the characteristics that touching obstacles during the operation of the electric lifting desk will be accompanied by the signal singularity,a model-free detection method based on the continuous wavelet transform modulus maximum is proposed to accurately identify the point of resistance;the paper extracts the current ripple period before and after the resistance,and proposes the resistance detection of the electric lifting desk based on the biorthogonal spline wavelet and biorthogonal filter bank,which greatly reduces the calculation.It can accurately identify the moment of obstruction.The thesis conducted a simulation test for the above algorithm,built an experimental platform at the same time,and launched the experiment.The experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in the thesis has the characteristics of high accuracy and low algorithm complexity,and can be better applied to electric lifting desks.
