As a new type of environmental protection energy,liquefied natural gas(LNG)has achieved unprecedented development in the process of improving China’s energy structure and vigorously promoting the development of low-carbon economy.Among them,as the core unit of the industry,LNG plant has low-temperature equipment and pipelines in the production process.Once the operation is improper,it may cause serious consequences.For the sake of production safety,it will be restricted in all aspects when carrying out on-site training for new employees.Thus,incorporating computer technology to develop a basic knowledge of basic knowledge explanation,practical training operation and assessment module of the liquefied natural gas production process simulation system,it is an effective way to develop enterprise and university training information.In this paper,the simulation system is composed of 2D and 3D operating system on the basic of theory analysis of LNG plant.The 2D operating system is developed by the software of Force Control 7.1,and its development steps includs creating operation interface,defining I/O equipment,creating real-time database,data connection,report output of charts and graphs,compiling script actionsand publishing on the network and so on.Meanwhile,it is made up of basic knowledge,practical operation and assessment module.The system was introduced by relational database configuration SQL Server 2008 to realize data linkage and the structure is divided into data needed for factory process simulation and interface instruction data,and the pressure-flow and temperature-flow relations in the factory are modeled mathematically to realize the integrated design.At the same time,the 3D operating system is developed by Unity3 D with the assist of 3DS MAX software and the plug-in of 3D engine and its development steps includs creation of engineering,roaming interaction technology,panel parameter setting,shader development,editor application,navigation grid creation and other steps to complete the development.In addition,3D operating system mainly composed of virtual operation and assessment modules,the four basic elements of state,object,trigger and response are used to manage the data path,and concrete state changes are connected in series through the free combination of trigger and response,so that the simulation system is completely consistent with the station process flow.This simulation system combines actual production with computer simulation technology,and realizes four functions of process simulation,data interaction,model building and report output based on security requirement.At the same time,it can match the sub-modules according to the on-site production process,which not only ensures the safety,but also greatly improves the training efficiency of staff.
