| Vulcanization is the most critical process in the rubber industry.The main function of the press vulcanizer is to provide the temperature and pressure required by the rubber during the vulcanization process.The press vulcanizer needs to work for a long time and the working environment is poor.How to ensure the stable operation of the equipment,state monitoring and abnormal judgment is the key to the design of the intelligent monitoring system.Aiming at the problems of overcure or undercuring caused by the unstable temperature data and lack of remote monitoring /and the lack of remote monitoring of the press vulcanizer,this paper combines embedded technology,FPGA technology and Io T technology to design a set of intelligent monitoring system of the press vulcanizer.The intelligent monitoring system is mainly composed of an intelligent gateway,a wireless thermocouple and a remote monitoring platform.It is adapted to the monitoring needs of the transformation of the press vulcanizer.It can collect various parameters of the equipment in real time,analyze the parameters and judge abnormalities,and use WiFi wireless Transmission,the collected parameters and equipment status were transmitted to the remote monitoring platform.The local human-computer interaction interface and remote monitoring platform display the operating status and data abnormalities of the equipment in real time to realize the remote and local monitoring and management of the equipment.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,by consulting related literature,in-depth investigation and research on the components of the press vulcanizer and the current situation of temperature measurement and monitoring,combined with the actual needs of the project,in view of the current problems of the press vulcanizer,the overall design scheme and related algorithms of the system are determined.Secondly,according to the guidance of the design plan,design the schematic diagram of the hardware circuit of the smart gateway and the wireless thermocouple.The hardware selection and design of the minimum control system,system power supply,RS-485 communication interface,wireless transmission unit,FPGA unit and humancomputer interaction of the wireless thermocouple and smart gateway were carried out.Third,based on the hardware circuit design,the ZigBee protocol stack Z-Stack was used as the software core of the wireless thermocouple,the RT-Thread Io T RTOS is used as the software core of the smart gateway,and the software program was written in C language.FPGA unit implements hardware logic design with Verilog HDL.Finally,the improved OPTICS algorithm of DBSCAN density clustering algorithm was introduced to detect the abnormalities in the data of the press vulcanizer,and the FPGA was used to accelerate the OPTICS clustering algorithm,so that the algorithm can run quickly on the intelligent gateway.The intelligent monitoring system for the press vulcanizer designed in this paper has been tested and shown that: all parts of the system are operating normally and meet the actual needs of the project.It has realized the parameter collection,abnormal judgment,local monitoring and remote monitoring of the plate vulcanizing press.Greatly improve the reliability of the monitoring and management of the flat vulcanizing machine. |
