Corrosion phenomenon throughout the national economy and national defense construction in every field,the harm is very serious.For example,it causes huge economic losses,pollutes the living environment of human beings,causes catastrophic accidents,hinders the development of new technologies and consumes huge natural resources.Therefore,in order to prevent the occurrence of harm,a new type of anticorrosive coating was developed.In this paper,different proportions of carbon nanotubes/doped polyaniline(CNTs/PANI)were prepared in inorganic acid system and organic acid system.The best proportions of carbon nanotubes and aniline were screened by means of scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical testing.After the second doping,the carbon nanotubes/redoped polyaniline(CNTs/ Redoped PANI)was prepared.Carbon nanotubes/graphene/polyaniline composites with different doping states were prepared.All products were characterized by scanning electron microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and ultraviolet spectrometer.The corrosion resistance was studied by electrochemical workstation.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)In the inorganic acid system,the ratio of sulfuric acid,nitric acid,perchloric acid and phosphoric acid is 1:15,the product has the best morphology,the highest yield and the best anticorrosion performance;Among the four products,the primary Doped polyaniline(Doped PANI),the secondary Doped polyaniline(Redoped PANI),CNTs/PANI and CNTs/Redoped PANI,the CNTs/Redoped PANI has the best morphology,the highest yield and the best anti-corrosion performance.The perchloric acid system had the best effect,the yield was as high as 122.32%,and the corrosion inhibition rate was 81.21%.(2)In the organic acid system,oxalic acid,acetic acid and tartaric acid had the best morphology and anticorrosion performance when the ratio of carbon nanotubes to aniline was1:10,while the ratio of citric acid system was 1:15.When the ratio of oxalic acid and citric acid was 1:20,the yield of acetic acid and tartaric acid was the highest at 1:15.Among the four products,the primary Doped polyaniline(Doped PANI),the secondary Doped polyaniline(Redoped PANI),CNTs /PANI and CNTs/Redoped PANI,the CNTs/Redoped PANI has the best morphology,the highest yield and the best anti-corrosion performance.In the citric acid system,the yield was as high as 105.27% when the ratio was 1:20,and the corrosion inhibition rate was76.87% when the ratio was 1:15.(3)Carbon nanotubes/graphene/doped polyaniline(CNTs/RGO/PANI)and the second doped polyaniline(CNTs/RGO/ Redopped PANI)were prepared in oxalic acid,acetic acid,nitric acid and perchloric acid systems by in situ chemical oxidation polymerization.The CNTs/RGO/Redoped PANI has a lower production rate than the CNTs/RGO/PANI,but has better morphology and corrosion resistance.
