of life,the concept of scientific,green and balanced diet has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts.Bamboo shoots have become more and more popular among people and gradually become a home-cooked dish on people’s table..At the same time,under the implementation of the government’s encouraging bamboo export policy,the competitiveness of China’s bamboo products in the international market has been greatly improved,and the export volume of bamboo shoots has soared.With the increasing demand for bamboo shoots,a series of advantageous industrial belts have been formed in the field of bamboo shoots processing in China,among which many enterprises and product brands with market competitive advantages have emerged.In the process of bamboo shoot processing,shelling is an essential process.However,most bamboo shoot processing enterprises are small in scale,and the technical level used in the process of shelling and processing is low,and most of them are family manual workshop production,which leads to high processing cost and easy to cause the waste of bamboo shoot raw materials,and there are also problems such as low production efficiency and inability to guarantee food safety.In view of the above problems,a kind of wild bamboo shoot sheller is designed with the common wild bamboo shoot on the market as the object.The main research work is as follows:First of all,the domestic and foreign existing sheller technology was analyzed and summarized,and proposes corresponding solutions to the problems in the peeling process of the bamboo shoot peeling machine and other agricultural product peeling machines on the market.Then draw up the design scheme of the peeling device,and the working principle was determined by combining the processing process and performance requirements of the wild bamboo shoot of the Chinese arboreal.Then the design of the structure of the sheller device was completed.Then the related mechanical analysis was carried out to determine the factors affecting the performance of the device,including the tilt Angle of the peeling roller,the size parameters of the peeling roller,the friction coefficient between the peeling roller and the wild bamboo shoot,etc.Finally,the relevant parameters were analyzed and determined.Then,combined with the main application occasions of the sheller and the actual needs of enterprises,developed the design requirements of the whole machine.And combined with the design of the shelling device,analysis and determine the working principle of the machine,completed the overall scheme of the shelling machine design;Then some of the key working parts of the sheller mechanical structure design,including frame design,feeding device design,feeding device design,spiral cutter design,discharging device design and bamboo shell collection box design.At the same time,the relevant design parameters are determined,and the key working parts are modeled by Solid Works.Finally,the relevant parameters were analyzed and determined,and the theoretical verification of the effect of shelling was carried out.Finally,in order to optimize the working stability and improve the sheller performance of the whole machine,the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to carry out finite element analysis on the key parts of the sheller.The stress and strain nephogram and total deformation nephogram were obtained by statics analysis of the peeling roller.The analysis results show that it meets the requirement of strength but does not meet the requirement of stiffness.Then the modal analysis of the peeling roller was carried out,and the natural frequencies and vibration shapes of the first six order of the peeling roller were obtained.The results show that the peeling roller does not have resonance phenomenon.Then,the wall thickness of the square tube of the rack is preliminarily set as five kinds: 1.0mm,1.5mm,2.0mm,2.6mm and 3.2mm.The same working loads and constraints were applied to the five racks with different wall thicknesses respectively.Static analysis was carried out to obtain the stress nephogram and total deformation nephogram respectively.Then,under the condition that all the five frames meet the requirements of strength and stiffness,the maximum stress,maximum deformation and frame quality of the frame are taken as the evaluation indexes to compare and select the five frames with different wall thicknesses.Finally,the frame composed of square tubes with a wall thickness of 1.0mm is determined to meet the design requirements best.Then,the modal analysis of the frame composed of the selected wall thickness square tube is carried out,and the natural frequency and mode shape of the first six orders are obtained and analyzed.Compared with the excitation frequency of the motor,the result shows that the shelling machine frame will not resonate Phenomenon,its design meets the stability requirements. |
