Research On 3D Machining Process Generation System Based On Machine Tool Motion Simulation

In view of the current situation that two-dimensional machining process can not meet the needs of digital production,based on the bridge of machine tool motion simulation technology and the technical idea of MBD(model based definition),the expression mode of machining process in three-dimensional environment is studied,the architecture of machining process generation system in three-dimensional environment is proposed,and a three-dimensional machining process generation system based on machine tool motion simulation is constructed.Firstly,taking MBD model as the carrier of process information,the modeling method of MBD process model and its application in the system are studied;On the basis of analyzing the data types and characteristics of process information,based on the process of machine tool motion simulation,the extraction and storage technology of process information in the simulation process by traversal cycle algorithm is studied,which realizes the storage of process information verified by simulation and provides data source for 3D machining process generation system;The three-dimensional machining process information database of parts including product information,process information and equipment information is constructed,and the machining process structure tree is designed.The hierarchical relationship of process information is used to map the process structure tree with the database information,so as to realize the management functions of retrieval,organization and expression of three-dimensional machining process information;Based on Visual Studio 2017 software platform and machine tool motion simulation system,a 3D machining process prototype system is developed using c#language.The system is mainly composed of process' information database,process information data management module,process information association module,MBD model view management module,user management module,etc,The results show that after obtaining the original process data,the system can realize the processing process expression containing three-dimensional process information without relying on large-scale three-dimensional software.
