The standards for the construction of smart mines are becoming more abundant,providing necessary technical support for the construction of smart coal substations.Due to the extremely complex environment of coal mine substations,the requirements for the operation of underground electrical equipment are relatively high,so the condition monitoring of mine related equipment becomes particularly important.The intelligent electronic equipment provides a wealth of information for mine monitoring,such as faults,trips,and alarms.Using computer data processing technology to analyze the monitored information can effectively extract the expected accident set.This has far-reaching significance for observing the reliability of coal mine electrical equipment.This article first analyzes the structure of the intelligent substation information system model based on the characteristics of the Nanliang Coal Mine’s power supply and distribution network and on the basis of the configuration of protection devices.Through the analysis of the substation description file(SCD)based on the Altova XMLspy platform,the overall functional configuration of the corresponding monitoring system is obtained.And construct the design idea of the monitoring system and use UML technology to model the whole system.Aiming at the characteristics of the single-side multi-feeder radial network structure of Nanliang Coal Mine’s power supply network,the direct reasons for the failure of the underground switchgear are analyzed.This paper focuses on the direct cause of the simultaneous tripping of multi-level protection equipment after the underground equipment failure in Nanliang Coal Mine,and analyzes the technical solutions after the mine protection equipment failure.At the same time,it is studied to use the GOOSE communication mechanism of the coal mine smart substation to improve the longitudinal blocking protection,which can effectively increase the transmission speed of the blocking signal.Quickly and accurately find the fault location and remove the fault to improve the reliability of the power grid.Finally,carry out statistical analysis on the monitoring content of the intelligent substation equipment of coal mine,and classify,summarize and analyze it,and obtain the health evaluation index of the secondary equipment operation status.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to establish a set of influencing factors to obtain the weight value of each index,and intuitively point out the real-time operating status of the equipment under each evaluation index.For the distortion problem in fuzzy theory,the concept of triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number is introduced to improve the evaluation index of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Use the hesitation attribute to improve the data distortion problem in the fuzzy evaluation method,and evaluate the operation status of the secondary equipment more reasonably.Then design a set of evaluation system plan to realize the online monitoring of coal mine smart substation equipment.
