Research On Miners Face Recognition Based On LF-Re Snet Feature Network

Coal resources are important resources in our country.Coal mine safety is an important prerequisite and guarantee to obtain coal resources.The main factors influencing the coal mine safety production is the security personnel.As the only passageway for miner to go in and out of the mine,it is necessary to carry out effective identification and verification of miner identity.Therefore,the research on miner identification technology,to ensure the safety and effective management of miner is the guarantee of mine production safety,has research value and practical significance.This paper takes the mine wellhead as the research object,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of analyzing the research status of face recognition technology and miner recognition system at home and abroad,analyze and study the characteristics,methods and technologies of miner recognition under special working conditions of mine,and determine research contents and difficulty of research;(2)In view of the characteristics of coal ash interference on miner faces in complex mine environment,CLAHE and gamma correction are using enhance image contrast and image features.(3)Optimized MTCNN network is adopted to realize face detection under complex working conditions;In order to improve the performance of face recognition,LF-ResNet feature network is establish to recognize miner face through experimental research and comparison of ResNet network.(4)According to the functional requirements of the access control system,the miner identification system is designed,the upper interface of the access control system is built with C++language,and the design of relevant data tables is completed with MySQL database,so as to realize the identity verification of wellhead miner.This paper through to miner face recognition technology and the miner identification system research,which can realize the miner efficient detection and stability of wellhead identification,it can the safety of the miner management technology to improve and complement,to a certain extent to ensure the safety of mine production.Therefore,it has certain theoretical research and engineering application value.
