Glasses industry is a personnel intensive industry,which belongs to light industry and is a health service industry related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.It provides consumers with both tangible products and intangible services,as well as the industry attribute of retail industry.With the rapid development of economy,the profound changes of market environment,and the aggravation of global market competition,the glasses industry has to develop continuously with the changes of market environment.As time goes on,the consumption concept of consumers becomes more and more mature.At the same time,the consumption level is significantly improved,and the brand recognition will become more and more strong.Glasses enterprises must build and maintain customer loyalty carefully.Therefore,improving customer loyalty has become the most important strategy for the development of enterprises.This article takes Zhengzhou Super Vision Glasses as an example to study its customer loyalty.Firstly,the theoretical framework of this article is constructed by using customer transfer value theory and purpose mean theory.Secondly,the current situation of customer loyalty of Zhengzhou Super Vision glasses company is analyzed to sort out the current situation of customer loyalty of Zhengzhou Super Vision glasses company,On the basis of the above survey,the problems and reasons of the company’s customer loyalty are analyzed.Finally put forward the strategies of the ascension of Zhengzhou Super Vision glasses depending on set up customer loyalty,including breakdown products market orientation,improving customer service level,improve product awareness,build customer information database,improve customer satisfaction,improve customer relationship management and strengthen after-sale to improve trust seven aspects,such as the strategy.
