The hull is composed of hundreds of steel components which have been assembled and welded to different degrees,Which is one of the most important technology of welding technology.It can be seen that the welding ability and technology directly affect the qualification degree of hull members and the quality of a ship.During the welding process of various components and sections of hull,the existence of welding deformation mechanism becomes an important factor that directly affects the welding quality.As welding is a way of joining materials under high temperature,the physical and mechanical properties of welding materials will change dramatically under high temperature,which will not only reduce the welding quality and ship assembly quality,but also increase the manufacturing cost.At the same time,under the action of working load,it will cause stress concentration,reduce the bearing capacity of the components,resulting in the possibility of scrapping the whole ship.Therefore,the prediction and control of welding deformation is an urgent problem.In view of the above problems,this paper combines the thermal elasto-plastic theory with the typical v-shaped groove butt joint weld and t-shaped butt joint weld in hull small members,and selects the typical welding groove of the small members to conduct the welding deformation research.The welding simulation is carried out with professional software,and the reliability is compared and analyzed in combination with the welding test,so as to provide theoretical guidance for controlling the welding deformation in the actual hull welding.This main the research content as follows:(1)Learning the theory of ship welding,have a deeper understanding of shipbuilding technology,have a deeper understanding of different components in the process of shipbuilding and subsection welding knowledge.Can be combined with CAD,Solidworks and other software modeling for the hull structure.(2)Understand the current mainstream research methods and welding deformation theory knowledge,master the thermal elastic-plastic finite element theory and the double ellipsoid heat source model.(3)The welding parameters of manual welding and robot welding ware obtained by the study of ship enterprises’ visiting practice and literature,at the same time analysis and arrangement are used in this paper.Taking the typical v-shaped groove butt joint weld and t-shaped butt joint weld in hull small members as examples,The welding process was simulated with Simufacet welding,a professional welding software,respectively study the influences ofwelding speed and welding sequence on welding deformation.The influence of welding speed and welding sequence on welding deformation was studied through experiments.compare the measured data with the simulation results,analyze the causes of errors and the elimination method,verify the reliability of the numerical simulation results in the actual welding,and achieve the purpose of improving efficiency and saving cost.
