Cattle energetically as medicine,farmers in planting cattle energetically,just pure medicine features,using its root and cattle to other parts will be discarded,especially in the process of cultivation,every year to pruning the vines,to ensure the development of the root,this led to the cow strongly utilization ratio is low,the economic value And over the years,the market rise cattle energetically vine tea processing can only artificial,in urgent need of the cows are strong vine tea processing mechanization development,aiming at the status quo,this paper design a cattle energetically vine tea processing equipment,build a model in 3 d software,imported into the EDEM discrete element simulation software,solve the problem of agitation mix of tea processing,and design a temperature control system,can control processing device heating time and heating temperature,recycle temperature experiment,find out the relationship between the temperature and time parameters,in order to provide effective reference for subsequent research.To achieve the above purpose,this paper carries out research from the following aspects:1.From a practical point of view,we visited the planting base of Niudali,consulted local growers and tea growers,and consulted relevant literature and materials to have a comprehensive understanding of Niudali and its vine tea.2.According to the data obtained from the investigation and research and the characteristics of Niu Dali vine tea,a processing device for Niu Dali vine tea is designed,which integrates cutting,transmission,frying and collection.Each component was analyzed in detail,and the movement state of Niu Dali vine particles in the mixing process was studied.3.Some intrinsic parameters of bovine force(including density,moisture content and geometric size)and mechanical characteristic parameters(including static friction factor,dynamic friction factor and collision recovery coefficient)were measured.4.Using discrete element method(EDEM simulation device for making,introducing the function of standard deviation to the cow strongly vines particle mixing degree of quantitative analysis,validate the processing device has a certain mixing performance,and strains on the cow strongly vines particles are analyzed,and verify that the device has certain rolling to its function,as the cattle great vines tea processing plant research provided a certain reference.5.Designed a set of temperature control system with single chip microcomputer as the control center,aiming at the manual cooking process of Niu Dali vine tea,combined with the research method of temperature control system,so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the heating temperature and heating time at any time,and completing the cooking of Niu Dali vine tea.6.The cow strongly vines of tea has been carried out by artificial processing and making,in order to further find the cow strongly vines at the time of the time and the change of temperature and heating making laws,based on single chip microcomputer temperature control system of the physical,by experimental methods to study the parameters of the temperature and time,and verify the reliability of the temperature control system,provide data for the research on cattle energetically vines of tea.
