With the continuous increase of paper production and consumption,the demand for wood is also growing,in the wood preparation link must be peeled wood processing,and wood peeling tooth as a special tool,is one of the important parts of the wood peeling machine,its hardness directly affects the life of wood peeling tooth operation.In order to achieve a safe working hardness of 47?51HRC,Based on the wood peeling teeth as the research object.According to its structure characteristics,performance requirements and complexity coefficient,and considering the actual production conditions,the forging process scheme of the wood peeling teeth is developed.After determining the forging blank of the peeling teeth,the design of the blank and die structure is completed.Based on the DEFORM simulation analysis of the forging process of the peeling teeth,the optimization scheme of the forging process parameters of the peeling teeth was obtained.Combined with the experiments of the forging and heat treatment process of the peeling teeth,the feasibility and superiority of the proposed optimization scheme of the forging and heat treatment process parameters of the peeling teeth were verified.Concrete research content is as follows:Firstly,based on the structural characteristics,complexity coefficient and forming process analysis of the wood peeling teeth,Forging process is proposed.The hot forging process is divided into three steps: rough forging,pre-forging and final forging,and the technological parameters of each process are determined.The forging blank model,the flat anvil model,the pre-forging and the final forging die model and the forging scheme were designed.Secondly,the simulation analysis of temperature field distribution,metal fluidity,stress and strain field distribution,load-travel curve and special point tracking during the hot forging process of wood peeling teeth was carried out by using DEform software.At the same time,the feasibility of hot forging process was verified by combining with the hot forging process test of peeling teeth.Then,based on the control variable method to analyze the die bearing load by die spacing,three mould feed speed,friction coefficient on the single condition the influence of process parameters,through the development based on the three process parameters on mold mechanical load effect of orthogonal test,the hot forging forming process parameters optimization scheme,this scheme on the premise of guarantee the quality of stripping depth,The die load is reduced by 10.5% relative to its experience value.Finally,in hot forging forming stripping teeth samples after heat treatment experiments,through experimental analysis,made the heat treatment process of production plan,get to meet the requirements of hardness tooth peeled,the result is measured by the metallographic and the hot forging forming technology and heat treatment process after peeling tooth within the grain is refined,organization more even.
