CNC machine tool is a kind of processing equipment widely used in the field of metal cutting.With the proposal of "made in China 2025" national strategic plan and the strategic deployment of developing high-end CNC equipment,the networking and digitization of such machine tools has become an important goal of industrial technology development.In the process of NC machining,the thermal error caused by the unbalanced temperature rise of each part changes the relative position between the tool and the workpiece,which is ultimately transferred to the machining error of the part.According to statistics,thermal error of CNC machine tools accounts for about 40-70% of the total error.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the thermal deformation theory of machine tools.In this dissertation,a remote status monitoring system is designed to monitor the running state of CNC machine tool in real time through the built-in interface and external sensor.It can read the processing parameters inside the machine tool and the environmental parameters outside the machine tool,realize the simultaneous connection of multiple machine tools to the upper computer,and save,process and display the data in the upper computer.On this basis,the thermal error of CNC machine tool is automatically modeled and fed back to CNC machine tool for thermal error compensation through compensation system.The main work is as follows:1.An external monitoring device with temperature,displacement,vibration and image sensors is designed,which is an important tool for machine condition monitoring and thermal error measurement.NB-Io T module is innovatively used as the data communication module of the device,so that the external monitoring equipment can be far away from the host computer,and the applicability is expanded.2.The built-in state acquisition program of machine tool is designed based on FOCAS application program interface,and the data of machine tool is obtained through this system.3.C # language is used to compile the status monitoring display interface of the upper computer,and SQL Server database is used to save the data.The control function,data acquisition function,database saving function,lower computer receiving function and automatic modeling compensation function of the machine tool are integrated into one program,which is used as the processing center of thermal error and state data of the machine tool.4.The designed remote state monitoring system for thermal error of CNC machine tool is verified through actual test.Combined with the experimental results,it is proved that the system can stably and effectively collect the state data and thermal error data of the machine tool,and realize the data saving analysis and automatic thermal error modeling compensation function,which verifies the feasibility of the system.It provides effective help for the follow-up research.
