In today's era of rapid technological development,the advancement and complexity of intelligent manufacturing technology is more reflected in the modern industrial production process,and market competition has become more intense.This complex market environment has brought huge challenges to manufacturing companies.Scientific and reasonable production planning and production scheduling will have a great effect on reducing product costs and improving the economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,for intelligent industrial manufacturing enterprises,the optimization of shop scheduling method is a research hotspot.In the manufacturing process of intelligent industrial product parts,enterprises should not only consider the stamping process of the workpiece,in order to improve the strength and toughness of the product,the heat treatment process of the workpiece is also a key need to pay attention to the problem.How to perform production scheduling in this manufacturing system,so as to ensure the delivery time of the workpiece,reduce the production cost,and improve the efficiency of the heat treatment furnace,has become a research issue that has attracted much attention.Based on the analysis and summary of relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the joint scheduling problem of heat treatment workshop and stamping workshop in the production process of manufacturing enterprises.Through the analysis of stamping and heat treatment processing,as well as the working characteristics of stamping machine tools and heat treatment furnaces,a mathematical model of the joint scheduling of stamping workshop and heat treatment is established,and the scheduling objective function is given.According to this mathematical model,a corresponding scheduling algorithm is designed to solve the joint scheduling problem of stamping shop and heat treatment shop.This algorithm optimizes the problem through rule search method on the basis of improved genetic algorithm.Through simulation and comparison experiments,the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm studied in this paper are tested and evaluated.
