With the rapid development of technology,the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,and the long-term impact of the global epidemic,intelligent interaction methods are extremely necessary in the application scenarios of smart office furniture.The office crowd needs to bear the physical and mental pressure caused by multiple factors at work.In order to give better care to the general office crowd,reduce office pressure,and eliminate the psychological impact caused by the spread of the virus that may be caused by public contact,the designer must pass The systematic interaction design optimizes the interaction behavior of the office crowd in the office environment,and creates a good relationship between the office crowd and the office environment.On the basis of providing systematic entity interaction solutions and intelligent office furniture interaction software,this research pays more attention to the research on the interaction behavior and user experience of the office crowd.In order to be able to obtain sufficient theoretical basis and data support,firstly,use the literature review method to look up the literature related to the interaction of smart office furniture,analyze the existing research content,sort and analyze and use it in this research;secondly,use the interdisciplinary research method to make More effective content is integrated into the research of smart office furniture interaction;again,the space design plan of smart office furniture interaction is determined through the horizontal and vertical interaction design methods related to interior design;then,the time of internship in the enterprise is used to investigate and analyze the office The behavior characteristics and spatial characteristics of the population,and design a questionnaire to collect users’ feelings and suggestions on the use of intelligent interactive software and office needs,and organize and analyze the data according to the results;finally,combine all the previous research content to build A scenario that supports a variety of smart office furniture and equipment interactions and an application software for systemized smart office furniture interactions have achieved true practical innovation,and many smart interactive software tests have been conducted in this scenario To verify the feasibility of the office crowd using intelligent interaction in the office space.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In interaction design,people,objects,and environment are inseparable.The construction of objects and environment has a guiding effect on the behavior of the crowd.Objects and environment will give feedback on interactive behaviors.Good feedback is the user’s interactive experience.The effect is reflected.(2)The research of smart office space needs to consider the intersection of multiple disciplines,design smart office space,and complete related intelligent interactive actions in it.First of all,we must consider the architectural structure,plane structure and other architecture-related knowledge.If the internal and external structure is properly planned,the functions of the key interactive objects can be fully utilized in the later stage.(3)The user’s behavior in the office space determines the direction of interaction design.All interaction design nodes need to pay attention to the user’s behavior characteristics,consider the user’s various behavior activities and the user’s psychological and physical needs,according to different the scene provides users with corresponding interaction triggers and feedback.(4)One of the key points of interaction design is to give the user the choice of interaction.In the interaction design,not only the physical operating environment needs to be provided,but also the virtual interaction system that utilizes the application program needs to be improved.The volume of furniture in the office space is huge,and handling the interactive design of intelligent office furniture is the key to forming a systematic intelligent interactive environment.(5)The design of smart office furniture App requires close cooperation between back-end programming and front-end interface design.The construction of the functional framework determines the realization of the main functions of the App.The appearance of the interface needs to meet the aesthetic requirements of most people.The interactive operation between the terminal and the furniture entity should be convenient and easy to use.In this study,to meet the current needs of society as well as the requirements for the office crowd the office environment,to achieve a systematic intelligent interaction of office furniture,office furniture interactive intelligent application of research results already obtained two personal software copyrights and used by some enterprise,the effect is good.
