| In the era of service economy,the traditional furniture manufacturing industry can not fully meet the individual needs of users,and the large-scale personalized customization mode has been widely concerned by users and has been rapidly developed in the furniture industry.The traditional large-scale personalized customization service system lacks the consideration of the individualized needs of users,and there are service problems such as single customization mode and poor user customization experience.Based on the service design,the furniture customization service process is researched,and the personalized service mode of the whole process is proposed to improve the satisfaction of the user experience.The specific research content has the following aspects:1.Through literature research,summarize the relevant theoretical methods of service design and application in large-scale personalized customization,and analyze the existing problems of customized service mode.According to the characteristics of the service design method,combined with the user-customized situation,the paper studies the customization requirements of the furniture and the individualized requirements of the user,and summarizes the basic design principles of the service users’ requirements.2.Construction of large-scale personalized customization model based on information hierarchy analysis.Based on the service design method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,combined with the furniture design elements to plan the customized information,build an innovative customization model to optimize the user customization experience.Through the service design method,the requirements are investigated,the information hierarchy is constructed according to the requirements,and the weights of each layer are calculated.The comprehensive evaluation method is used to screen the optimized customized solutions for users,and the reliability of customized information planning is enhanced from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.Provide guidance for innovative design of custom models.3.Construction of innovative service model based on demand analysis.Use service design method to expand user personalized requirements research part in personalized PSS(Product Service Systems)design framework,acquire user personalized identities during user needs research phase,dig service design opportunities for special needs generated by personalized identities,and complete personality Optimized design scheme that matches the identification and custom modules.4.Personalized furniture customization service process design.Using the theoretical results of the previous article,the overall customized service process is optimized for the individual needs of users.In the program evaluation stage,a commercial canvas is constructed to determine the achievability of the service plan,and the user satisfaction survey is conducted to clarify the changes in user satisfaction before and after design,and to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the design. |
