Shale gas exploitation is a global concern.Due to technical reasons,it is inevitable to carry sand,and the solid particles hit the pipe wall at high speed,causing serious damage to the pipe wall.At present,the numerical simulation method is widely used in erosion research in China,but the process is too complicated to be directly applied to safety judgment in engineering practice.In order to be able to put forward a suitable erosion method for the engineering practice,and provide a new train of thought for multiphase flow software to judge erosion problem,this article is based on Fluent software to do numerically simulate and analyze the influence factors of the erosion process.Giving out an erosion critical speed model of which considering the condition of sand.The velocity can be compared with gas velocity in design condition to Determine whether erosion has occurred.In this paper,based on the design data of a shale gas field,erosion simulation was carried out by the multi-phase flow transient simulation software LedaFlow to study the impact of pipe diameter,pressure and other factors on the critical erosion velocity.Considering the limitations of software using the model,it is important to study the influence of the particles.The erosion numerical simulation in a horizontal straight pipe and elbow have finished by Fluent software.This paper analyzes the influence on erosion rate by particle velocity,particle size and particle mass flow rate.The model of erosion critical velocity was modified with the influence factors.The results show that,according to the numerical simulation results of General erosion model in Fluent software,the particle velocity and mass flow rate have a greater impact on the pipeline wall,while the particle size has a smaller impact.After comprehensively considering the relationship between the mass flow rate and the fluid velocity,the mass sand content was selected to modify the calculation model of annual erosion rate,and the model of critical erosion velocity was obtained.
