Trochoidal milling processing technology is a processing technology that can reduce tool wear during cutting and improve processing efficiency.It is widely used in the processing of difficult-to-cut materials.In this dissertation,the machining mechanism of cycloid milling is firstly studied,and then cycloid milling is applied to the roughing of the blisk,and the tool position trajectory planning for the trochoidal milling of the blisk is completed.The main work of this dissertation is as follows: The main contents of dissertation thesis are as follows:(1)Trochoidal milling and slotting tool-workpiece contact angle modeling.For the trochoidal milling plane slotting of the end mill,combined with the trajectory equation of the trochoidal milling,through a combination of analytical and numerical methods,the cutting-in and cutting-out angle of the tool at any position of the trochoidal milling slot and the contact with the workpiece are solved According to the established model,compare the change of contact angle in the process of trochoidal milling and row cutting.(2)Modeling of cutting force for trochoidal milling and slotting.Based on the established trochoidal milling and slotting tool-workpiece contact angle model,the micro-element method is used to establish the cutting force model of the trochoidal milling and slotting end mill.The cutting force coefficient is obtained through the cutting force coefficient recognition experiment.Finally,through simulation,compare the changes of cutting force during the grooving process of trochoidal milling and row cutting.(3)The path planning of the rough tool position for trochoidal milling of the integral blisk.The trochoidal milling technology is applied to the rough machining of the blisk.First,the model of the area to be processed is established according to the structural characteristics of the blisk,and then the tool location point is planned on the bottom surface of each cutting layer.The Ferguson curve is mainly used to fit the trochoidal tool path.Then the tool axis vector is planned based on the principle that the tool does not interfere and the tool axis is smooth.(4)The secondary development of the integral blisk trochoidal open thick module.According to the trajectory planning algorithm of trochoidal milling rough tool location proposed in this article,using the secondary development interface provided by NX,build a platform in the environment of VS2015+NX10.0,and develop a trochoidal milling rough module for the overall blisk,This module is embedded in the NX processing module,just like other processing modules,the tool path can be generated by simple interactive operations,and the G code for machine tool processing can be generated through post-processing.(5)Carry out the rough machining experiment of the blisk.Aiming at a specific blisk,the developed blisk trochoidal milling roughing module is used to compile the NC processing program for roughing,and the processing program is simulated and verified and the actual processing experiment is carried out.The experimental results show that the trochoidal milling roughing method meets the actual processing needs,and the efficiency is higher than that of the row cutting method.
